We visited the SW Cedar Rapids location. We got into the line the two young girls taking the orders took the cars ahead of us and then the car next to us and then SKIPPED over our car and took 3 other cars behind us. I had to roll down the window to get her attention and tell her our drinks weren’t taken. She then moved us up the line and took our orders. Once we got to the “cashier” barista who served drinks to cars, we explained what happened after he read us three different wrong orders before we had to tell him what we ordered. He asked if we had been to this location as we have not we go to the other 7 brew over off of Collins road Cedar Rapids and have had zero problem great service each time. He asked us if we go there often and we said yes very frequently, after that he proceeds to say our location never has mess ups and that their location is better than that one, I wouldn’t think they would talk down about the other location as it’s a team franchise you’re suppose to hype everyone up- he proceeded to say they have a lot of trainees and mess ups a lot of things but we have never had that happen when we go there. He then shows frustration as the baristas are bringing out other drinks prior to ours and he doesn’t know what’s what, then tells us that he will talk to the manager and asked if we added our rewards number to add a drink or two to our rewards in which we did but he never asked for any other info or if he would proceed with action, so as such we are leaving a review. We were not pleased with the service we were not given the service we should’ve received, we were skipped in line and I had to get the attention of the girl taking the orders to have our order taken. I also do not like having it to where other businesses that are the same but just in two different locations in the SAME town talk down to a customer as we are already frustrated about our drinks not being taken...
Read moreI ordered 2 drinks and had to repeat my order 6 times to the girl taking my order. Had another worker come out in the middle of taking more order to tell me they don’t have an item i ordered and had the girl taking my order walk away to talk to her co workers 2 different times. Overall it took 15 minutes for her to put my order in and 6 times repeating it.
I get to the window no one told me a total so I handed the girl a $20. She takes my $20 gives me my drinks and doesn’t give me change. I said how much was it? She said I don’t know… I said is there change? She said “do you want change?” I said well yeah… how much was my order … she said $20 and then I said ok well then why would I have change if my order truly was $20. She looked super confused and said have a good day. I truly think she kept the change and didn’t tell me my total so they can keep it as a tip. Which I would have tipped even tho the girl taking my order was terrible.there is no way 2 medium drinks costs $20. I called the store and left a vm to have a manager call me back and still haven’t had anyone ever get back to me.
I know this is a new store and these kids probably haven’t had much prior work experience and are clearly lacking some type of manager/shift lead support but they need to do better. Hopefully this doesn’t continue because I was really excited about this...
Read moreI ordered and sat in line for 15 minutes (6 cars ahead of me) they were bringing drinks through the line because the first car was waiting for something (not a big deal, I liked the proactiveness). I didn’t get my drink read back to me when they handed me the drinks (which they usually do). I was focused on getting the lemonade to my daughter I didn’t realize my drink was wrong, missing cold foam. When we moved up in line I stopped at the drink station and let the employee know I was missing cold foam. I had my drink in my right hand and held it up when I was referencing I didn’t get the cold foam, the employee reached into my van initiating me to give my drink to him. He then Took it To kitchen area over filled it with CF and brought it back dripping with stickiness and said “here”. And turned away.
