I had bought a new GE washer from Star Appliance 3 weeks ago, that washer leaked, then they delivered me another washer and it didn't work, found out they closed their doors on Friday 6/26 for good. The were to service the washer that Friday and the service tech never called or showed up! Went to Slager on Monday and had a new washer delivered on Tuesday from Slager. They had a matching slate fridge in stock and scheduled the delivery for Friday. The delivery process was smooth and efficient. Slager's has a delivery tracking app that notified me when the team was on their way. By the time I had emptied the old fridge, the installers had arrived. There was a glitch in the delivery due to sizing and EVERYONE at Slager went to work to help us get a frig that worked in our space.
