Several frustrating issues occurred on 10.26.25:
Whoever bagged my drive-through order placed the burger carton sideways into the bag so that tons of grease poured through the bottom of the bag, making the bag and myself soggy.
Also, there was way too much grease coming from the burger in the first place.
On top of that, the cheese curds we paid for were not placed in the bag.
We had to drive back and I went into the store to rectify the situation.
After getting back my items placed in new bags from staff, it was a good thing I looked in the new bags before leaving the restaurant counter because the curds were still not in the bag. The young lad bagging my order forgot a second time.
The staff member who I spoke with was attentive and did apologize to me (though the situation was not her fault), but no other token of apology or customer service was offered.
Several other young staff members were standing around behind the counter with nothing to do, which was ironic considering several needless mistakes by staff wasted my time and gas money without recompense.
Based on my experience this day, I'd be reluctant to return to this Culver's anytime soon, and that's saying a lot because Culver's was historically my favorite fast food restaurant.
Culver's: if you indeed want to "be like Chick-fil-A"—as one of your outdoor staff taking my drive-through order put it—you'll have...
Read moreThe past 3 times they’ve gotten my order wrong. The 2nd time I called and asked for my money back, I was already home before I realized it was messed up. The manager said he couldn’t refund me but he could mail me coupons, I said that was fine. 2 weeks later and my coupons still never arrived. I went back today for a quick lunch and figured I would ask for the coupons while I was there. The manager was different from the man I originally spoke to on the phone. She asked for my information, then came back and said she had nothing on record for me at all. Then she got very rude and said “So what do you want from me?”, I said I just want the coupons I was promised for my messed up order. She said there was nothing she could do for me at all. I pulled through the line and got my order (a kids meal with onion rings instead of fries). The lady who brought out my food was very nice but said there was fries and onion rings. I explained that this was once again wrong and wanted to make sure I didn’t pay for the fries since I didn’t ask for them. She literally just said sorry and walked away. It feels like they’re messing with me at this point. Since the manager on duty was already extremely rude and offered zero solution I drove away with the fries I was charged for but didn’t want. This...
Read moreOn 9/17/24 I made a $28+ order in the drive through. We got someone else's order besides the chicken strips that had to of been alot less $, didn't think to check it, cause normally they are on point. Got food back to the nursing home for a couple family members (our uncle was in transitioning to pass) so driving back right away came at a bad time. A few hours later we called, (I kept the receipt) and spoke with what imo sounded like a soft speaking young man. He said if we could come back in the next day or 2 he'd leave my name, and to bring my receipt. So I did. I spoke with a "Nik" who was apologetic, but said that's not how they do it and their procedures is to put it in the system or send coupons. 1st I don't care what the procedures are 2nd I was never offered coupons. I told "Nik" my situation. Nik AGAIN told me the procedures, and that only under "Extraordinary " situations would they agree to what I was told. Now I'm upset cause I feel my situation was "extraordinary" (your uncle only has one life) 2ndly it's not my fault your employee didn't do whatever it is they're supposed to do. I will drive to the other side of town to get Culver's & i advise anyone getting anything from this one to not trust the...
