Arby's — Restaurant in Cedar Rapids

Arby's is unspeakably fortunate to have Tony and his crew in the restaurant so faithfully making it the best fast food experience anyone could ever dare hope for. Thanks to the ship of positive attitudes and benevolence that captain Tony sets the pace of leading every day, this has veritably become a historic landmark of Cedar Rapids that all by itself is worth visiting from afar. I have never experienced a manager of any establishment of any kind so eagerly attentive to motivation of smiles and satisfaction with every customer who walks through the door, or even the ones who don't! Service is fast and friendly however if it's not to busy say during lunch and dinner time you may have a wait for fresh motts sticks, jalapeño bites, onion rings, fresh curly fry's usually only 2 1/2 mins , and sometimes there's a wait on chicken about 5 mins which is understandable if you want fresh food which is all they give. There meat is always fresh and great, they go above and beyond if you want a sandwich a special way, etc. You can also order beef in bulk which a lot of people don't know, for party's, get together 's etc ( just call ahead of time) if you can if not you can come in and order it but it may take a bit. All in all I personally give it 5 stars, I love how clean and friendly...

My parents and I were there today for lunch. Tony saw that my parents were sharing a drink he ask my mom what she would like to drink, she stated oh we are fine sharing! He wouldn't have it and got her a drink!:) Then he heard her talking about apples and that she just out of the hospital due to a heart procedure. He then brought her over an apple turn over!:) This was the best service and best lunch we could of ever asked for. My dad threw a tip and I rang that bell when I left for sure!...
