As someone who is very picky about steak, I have to say—Cellar 19 completely nailed it! From the moment it hit the table, I could tell it was going to be good. The seasoning was spot on—not overpowering, but just enough to complement the meat's natural flavor. The doneness? Perfect. I ordered it medium, and it came out exactly as it should: warm pink center, slight char on the outside, juicy all the way through. The texture was tender and buttery, without being mushy—just the right amount of bite.

Pair it with one of their reds or a signature cocktail, and you've got a seriously elevated dining experience. The atmosphere was cozy, the service was on point, and everything felt thoughtfully done.

accommodating. in the skywalk (2nd floor) at the transportation center. Doesn't open for sit down/ table service until 3PM. However, we sat at the bar and ordered lunch. My reuben sandwich with Asian coleslaw side was one of the best Reubens I've ever had in town. I can only speak to my experience and to say this place was absolutely perfect would be a huge understatement. The food there is beyond good. They catered my daughters wedding and I can't say enough good things about the service and the menu. The brisket was the absolute best I've ever had. The way they took care of everything for us was so amazing. I've never been more satisfied and pleased with their genuine good nature and excellent service. Cedar Rapids has a huge winner for a restaurant in town now....
