Can't say I've ever had a bad experience here until tonight. Don't think we'll be back for awhile- each order is typically about 40 bucks and I can't afford to throw money away, which is what I feel I did tonight. I repeated my order twice to the girl working and yet somehow was still missing a bunch of stuff from it. We waited in line for about a half hour despite there not being a line. I had to remind her about the shakes at the window, and we were still missing a pop I had ordered. She quick rushed to make two small shakes even though i originally ordered larges (as my kids share together). We pulled over at a nearby park to eat. The fries were cold/ were clearly old, basically inedible. Our bag was missing the sauces I confirmed wanting when the girl working asked me/offered them. My daughter couldn't eat her Chilli cheese fries as there were no silverware, the kids wouldn't eat the fries or appetizers without their sauces, one kid didn't get a drink at all and to boot there were no napkins in the bag. Four unhappy kids and one stressed mama, next time I'll take them to Culver's. Thumbs down to...
Read moreWhat happened to your burgers? This was a contender as a highly ranked burger due to the simplistic nature and ratios in play along with that classic thin/crispy patty. Last visit the packaging had changed to that of an insulated bag over the standard tabbed box. The insulated bags end up trapping steam into the burger, producing a softer bun that was pleasurable yet forced the patties to lose the integrity of their crisp factor all while the burger itself was noticably smaller with prices staying the same. As a professional burger reviewer, Freddy's used to produce a very favorable result that hits although the science in play behind the new packaging scheme, seemingly smaller patties, and same price did not make it as favorable. Might try again to validate as a one off visit, but also might not due to the price point -25$ for 3 doubles and a mini concrete, which were equivalent to dollar menu double cheeseburgers...
Read moreI used to work their. And someone tested positive for covid 19 and the managers said no need to go in self quartine they were wearing mask and gloves. I got sick from that person. And the manger Jason said he can fire me because I had strep for 2 weeks. According to him it is not contagious either is covid. I was also harassed and yelled at by him. When I had my panic attack he yelled at me saying I was faking it and I wanted attetion. And I know they didn't follow the true protocol for covid. They didn't close down right away or for the next day. And if I got it I would of got it my family member would of died. Due to what they had. It is a serious matter. And need to be address. I still have the email and proof. So technically I can report them. Also Jason and Brandon another manager said they can press harassment charges on me for calling and asking for corporate number. Which by the way they gave...
