I started shopping at Aldi's in Wisconsin when my kids were in middle school. So close to 20 years. It has for the most part been a good experience. Quality was decent and prices lower than the big name grocery stores. The last year has been more and more disappointing. As a GF person I could count on them to carry a nice variety of good tasting GF items. They are carrying less and less options for gluten free people. By-and-large the produce section has quality products. I have noticed that some pre packaged Fruits such as peaches are of variable quality. Apples vegetables and berries seem to be pretty good quality. Best to shop produce earlier in the day to have best selection and not be left wanting.
