ALDI — Local services in Cedar Rapids

I started shopping at Aldi's in Wisconsin when my kids were in middle school. So close to 20 years. It has for the most part been a good experience. Quality was decent and prices lower than the big name grocery stores. The last year has been more and more disappointing. As a GF person I could count on them to carry a nice variety of good tasting GF items. They are carrying less and less options for gluten free people. Every time I shop they have discontinued another GF item I routinely buy. This week it was the GF brownie mix. Collins Road location. This is a relatively new store. I appreciate Aldi stores as they have a reasonable selection of wide variety of Quality Foods and products. By-and-large the produce section has quality products. I have noticed that some pre packaged Fruits such as peaches are of variable quality. Apples vegetables and berries seem to be pretty good quality. Best to shop produce earlier in the day to have best selection and not be left wanting. I asked for help from Kaleb. I was told to find it myself he was busy. One thing led to another and once I asked him his name he started following me around the store. I spoke to manager thought it was handled. Kaleb may be special needs. He didn't like the answer so he complained to someone else.
