I have been in there two or three times. Probably will never go back. Customer service is non-existent.
The last time I was there, about three months ago, I ordered a chicken deluxe sandwich. The girl ringing me up put fries on the order, even though I didn't want them. I asked if I could have one of the other sides and she said I could. (Might be nice if they ask what the customer wants for a side instead of assuming).
The sandwich I got was a regular old chicken. I really wanted the lettuce and tomato counter all the salt they put in their product. So, I took my little sandwich and went to the manager. He gave me a spicy chicken sandwich (and still not a deluxe). I went back and again told him what I wanted. I got a regular chicken sandwich. I didn't have time to keep going back and trying to explain to them what I wanted. It's kind of ridiculous to have someone in management (I think his name is Tom) that doesn't care what the customer wants and just hands over any old sandwich - especially one that costs less than what I ordered initially (and, yes, I was charged for a deluxe).
They did give me some kind of thingy to go online and fill out a survey about my visit, but there was no way to contact anyone to resolve the issue. And at the end of the survey I got some kind of code I could take back in and get a regular sandwich. Yay. Another attempt to push a product on me that is not what I asked for in the first place.
I might give them another chance, but it will be a while. I have not had a good...
Read moreWhen I arrived, I thought the drive thru was closed. That's why I went inside. I included a couple of photos of the construction. If you're passing by there and have a craving, it is open for business. So, I was halfway done demolishing my spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries when I realized I hadn't taken a photo. I know they're not needed all of the time, but I feel weird not doing them. I'd never had the spicy chicken sandwich before. I asked the nice guy who was taking my order if it was super spicy, and he said said no, it should be alright. I love the waffle fries, and I got a half tea/half lemonade drink. It was very refreshing. While I was eating, another nice guy came by my table twice and asked if I needed anything. The second time, I did get a refill on my drink. That was a pleasant surprise. The spice of the chicken was just good enough to make your nose run and your tongue tingle. Nothing unbearable. As I was leaving, I noticed the fancy motion activated trash bins. Yeah, I'm easily amused. It was a great experience, and I was glad I hadn't gone to...
Read moreThat had to be the longest wait I have had in a drive through lane since my 2am McDonald's days. What happened to the goofy yellow rain cubicles the drive through people used to wear? Today the three order takers are huddled under the awning, which is understandable....except for the fact that you repurposed the other drive-thru lane for mobile orders. At this point, you could have 3 order screens that people pull up to so those three don't even have to be outside. What is the point of the ~8 parking spots at the front of the store for mobile orders, now that they get a whole drive thru lane to themselves?
Also, why am I asked my name when I can very clearly see the attendant taking down my license plate number every time I come through?
Obviously, I doubt any of this will every be addressed. I'll enjoy whatever chicken sandwiches my future holds until I'm annoyed enough to stop coming. Thankfully you all rarely mess up orders, your one redeeming quality now that drive thru has been...
