So I had bought a couch and loveseat and had to have it fix with in the 1year warranty that I paid extra for. I asked for replacement and they told me September. September came and went didn’t get any updates as to when it will replaced until October when they said it can take up to 6 months to get parts in and that they don’t have an eta as when it will get in. November comes and goes and finally in December they call to tell me they can replace the parts finally. December 11 between 1-3 pm. I waiters till 255 with no call no knock nothing. I called store and they said oh they are running behind and loading the truck now. I asked why didn’t anyone even call me. They replied I was on break. So instead of updating the person that covers your break you just go and didn’t call any of your customers. I will be asking for a refund of my money and I will ask for a new set to be delivered in less then than 2 weeks. Otherwise store will be no longer in business due the poor reviews and me standing out front telling all customers to get...

I needed a frigerator on short notice as mine went out. I don't have good credit but a refrigerator is a need. So I checked out what they had in stock and picked what fit my needs. I didn't choose the most expensive. I chose what payments fit my budget. No sales people pushed me to choose differently and I appreciate that respect. I had my frigerator delivered and installed with no issues. I broke the light switch in my freezer and the staff was so helpful. They informed me it was in my warranty even though I broke it. I got to work first hand with their parts guy and he was so knowledgeable. I received the part that I broke and my freezer has a light that turns back on when the door is opened.I appreciate a business that help people when we are not perfect but I also have held up my end of the bargain and have never been late on a payment. Yeah, screw this place. Went there and right in front of me they talk down to my fiance. After we make the down payment and have spent nearly 3 hours there we get a call a few days later to come in and get our deposit money refunded because they do not wish to do business with us. Oh, and I should add that they must like to discriminate against gay people because they wouldn't do business with a friend of mine that went there with his bf to look at a "new" washing machine and dryer. They kept their distance and when they were ready to fill out an application the employees there were conveniently too busy to help them despite them being the only two customers in the store at the time.
