I placed an online delivery order at around 8:30pm today, my total was $75.50. The money immediately was taken out of my account. My delivery time was for 9:36pm. My specific note for my delivery was that i had a brown buick enclave in my driveway. Immediately afterwards I recieved a message on jets pizza website stating the location was no longer accepting delivery options. So I called them to ask them if I need to pick my food up instead. He proceeded to tell me that he did not see my order online. So I explained what happened. He took my order and gave me a new total of $53.80. Pizza was not hot upon delivery. We had to put it in microwave. Also was very dry. I requested extra sauce (he denied seeing that and said it wasn't specified) although it clearly states it on receipt! After waiting 10 minutes, discovered the order was sitting in the warmer all that time.
