Dunkin' — Restaurant in Celina

Having been to several Dunkin’ stores around the country, I finally decided to go to this location that opened. In march in my town. We went in to surprise our kids with some Dunkin’ for breakfast. At first, the staff was super quick about taking our doughnut order. Despite several negative reviews on drinks and doughnut selection, I figured it was a new location and the staff needed some time to get accustomed to their new jobs. Boy was I wrong! The doughnut selection was plentiful, but that wasn’t the problem. The problem was ordering the same exact two drinks and getting two completely different drinks. The drink on the right was very bland while the drink to the left was straight iced coffee with almost no cream or syrup. I took the drink on the left to be remade and the employee was very rude. It was almost as if she believed I was in the wrong for letting them know about their shortcomings. It is an absolute shame that I will never return to this location. Save yourselves the time and keep supporting the local shops and go to Bigby for your coffee needs. Heck, McDonald’s makes a better iced coffee and they are a...

This place used to be so great when it first opened. I have been through the drive thru at least 3x but I don’t think I’ll be coming back after what happened on my last trip unless it gets better. I tried to order my daughter a chocolate milk on ice with whipped cream (I forget the name. But it is a kid friendly drink. They’re able to make it) but the person taking our order said she wasn’t able to make it for some reason. We decided to get 2 iced chocolates instead and a hot chocolate. When we pulled forward we kept waiting for someone to come to the window to take our payment and to receive our order. We waited at least 10 minutes (which would’ve been fine if it had been busy but they weren’t). My mom hollered hello through the window and not a single person responded. There were 2 employees standing around the front counter just chatting away to each other. We waited a bit longer but then decided to leave. After reading many reviews people have apparently waited at least an hour in the drive thru compared to my 10-15 minutes. I don’t think they have any management there during the day. I tried making an order for 2 dozen donuts for my daughters class for her birthday yesterday. I called 3 times, couldn’t get anyone to pick up the phone and the voicemail had no been set up yet. I drive to the store and there is two employees SITTING on the counter and not a single customer. When I said I had tried calling multiple times, they told me “the music must of been turned up to loud to hear the phone ringing.” I proceed to place my order to be picked up at 7:55 this morning. Gave my name and phone number with the order. When we get there to pick up the donuts, the employee was talking on her personal cellphone, after her phone call I tell her the name on the order, she had no idea about any order at all. And then proceeded to walk to the back of the store and then returned talking on her cellphone. We ended up having to pick donuts from the display and didn’t get out of the store until 8:22. So my child was late for school, and didn’t even get the correct order. They are in desperate of some serious management and I hope they get it...
