Star Asian Bistro & Sushi — Restaurant in Centennial

Of course, I really wanted to get great sushi from Star Asian Bistro..I enjoy good and great sushi - unfortunately, I knew already that it was not going to be good when it took almost 90 minutes to deliver. Still hopeful, I expected to see the sushi rolls as typically wrapped and prepared. But, the rolls were wrapped in a very odd colored maki sheet-ie. pink. It was unappealing both in taste and appearance and the sushi rice was far too thick and hard. I would have been better off buying two day old sushi from the deli at King Soopers. ( I was so disappointed. I actually threw it away. And that was nearly 75 dollars worth of sushi that got pitched..it was that bad) Juki and East Moon have far superior sushi in the Highlands Ranch area. I have not tried anything off their regular menu....I imagine it may be terrific! The sushi, however,...

Worst Place Ever!!! Unbelievable how bad they messed up my delivery order. So I call back and they say they will credit me two entrees next time I order. That was nice. The next time I call to order I get the run-around about how there is only one entree on credit. After arguing with the employee who doesn't fully understand English, she gets the owner. The Owner proceeds to tell me that there is only one entree on credit for me. I tell her how ridiculous it is that they mess up my previous order, say they are going to credit me and then dont actually follow through. She tells me she is not going to credit me. I tell her that is crazy. She literally calls me crazy and hangs up on me.

Horrible Horrible Horrible way to treat people. DON'T EVER GIVE THEM ANY...

Not a fan on a restaurant that says they are open until 930 and when I call at 8 to pace an order the phone just rings and rings. .. no answering machine? So I figure they are super busy to take my call, even though I was excited about free delivery, I got bundled up to go get take out. I pulled up and all the lights were off- I would have loved to try this place since I just moved to the area but I guess it's poorly managed which I can look past as long as the food is yummy. And I get take out a couple times a month. ... But I won't be back since they pick...
