We go here frequently due to the location and we actively try to avoid this location but this time I decided to actually write a review- this store is consistently a hot mess (disorganized, lackadaisical attitudes, failure to communicate with customers, etc.) and we always wonder who the heck the manager is because no one Acts like a manager.
You can always count on these things: they're out of something and you'll have to wait but they don't apologize for it, they never drain the beans so you get a soupy mess of a burrito, the chips are undercooked, they forget food in your to go order but don't apologize or compensate you for it, they don't have food ready by opening time, they're out of a certain soda but don't tell you that so you buy your drink and then discover it.
Today all of the above happened, then they handed me a guac cup covered in guac and didn't wipe it clean, instead she flicked her hand to remove excess guacamole and then handled the next person's (guac-less) burrito with guac covered gloves. AND then one of the line servers was practicing flipping the lid of my bowl while we waited for more fajita veggies. This was after one of the other line servers told her that HE does it, so she should try it. And they all thought it was hilarious to watch her keep failing and flipping it onto the counter and having the outside of the lid hit my food multiple times until I said "hey, you're playing with my food..."" Read moreI love Chipotle...typically. I have been to many locations and enjoyed my meal there. Sure it's a bit overpriced, but I'm willing to pay that money if I have enough. However, this one is a lot different from other locations.The service is horrible, which is probably due to bad management. I'm assuming they made one in this location mainly because Arapahoe High School is right next to it, so it is a prime location for lunch. However, they don't do much for the students in return. Most of the food places near this Chipotle have some sort of student deal to accommodate the low budgets of students going to lunch, while this Chipotle does not. That's excusable though, considering it's a franchise, and they probably wouldn't get the permission to do something like that. Also, they're supposed to open at 10:30 everyday (according to what I heard) for the students who have a 30 minute lunch starting at 10:30. However, they are almost always 10 minutes late when it comes to opening. I guess this is understandable and isn't all that bad, but that's not the end of it. There have been two occasions where they charge me for something I didn't get. A while ago they charged me extra for guacamole, and today they charged me for extra chicken, even though I didn't ask for it OR get it. This would be okay if the charge weren't $2.50 extra. With what they charged me, I could have gone across the street and gotten a Shawarma. Which I will definitely be doing instead of going here...

Our consideration was met with rude a disrespectful treatment
Of the two girls working the food The girl with the dermal piercing above her eyebrow was physically upset, and was scooping the food onto our bowl and burritos, very aggressively and with obvious disdain when we asked for light or a little bit, they were still heaping or three scoops of something incredibly full, and even after the first bowl was halfway through. We proceeded to ask if we had done something wrong to offend or if we had upset her in someway and she looked at us like we were idiots a minute to answer and she said nope with a bland face so overall the entire interaction is very unfortunate and it took the other girl representative with the star sticker on her face and the hat as well to help out and try and lift up the attitude in the atmosphere of the situation, knowing that something was wrong and that her coworker was seemingly taking it out on us she even apologized for the fact that they were getting ready to close 30 minutes early, but still like stated we were trying to be considerate and all way thru was very tense and upset
Growing up around this area I used to love coming to that store… Now it will unfortunately be marred in not just mine but my families memories...
