I am getting the impression that the OWNER of this business does NOT care at all about his/her business. Every time I visit this place, there is only ONE person that works here. And that ONE person that works does not speak English and does not know how to use the Register. It seems like the Owner assigns a non-English speaking person to work with absolutely NO training. Couple of times I visited Subway with a coupon of "2 Footlongs for $13.99", that comes in the mail along with King Soopers paper, and it NEVER seems to work. Today, I went to Subway and showed the lady the couple before ordering and she said "yes, no problem". Therefore, I ordered 2 Footlongs as advertised and when she made both 2 footlong sandwiches, she rung up and it came out to $32.00 and rejected the coupon. I tried asking and explaining about the coupon and she couldn't respond back because of the language barrier. I got the impression that the Owner hires a Non-English speaking staff for this reason thinking that customer will pay $32.00 for 2 Footlong when the coupon clearly says 2 Footlong for $13.00. That is purely Pathetic and Shameful on the Owner of this establishment. I told the lady, "No, I am not paying $32.00 for 2 Footlong Sandwiches" and decided to walk out. I was not planning on falling for the Owner's TRAP. Mind you, she already made the two sandwiches which she will end up throwing it away because I was not about to spend $32.00 and fall for that idiotic trap. That is a total loss for the business and the Owner. If this keeps up, I just might visit more often and follow the same process until they accept the coupon as advertised. Read moreWe ordered from here on April 26 two subs and a side kick it was a delivery order placed via the subway website around 8:30 pm. Our order was canceled without any contact from anyone when we called the restaurant nobody would answer the phone. No refund was issued on the 37.00 order. It's now May 7th and still no refund. I called the restaurant the Monday after the order was placed and was told that it was doordash who canceled my order and owes me a refund. Doordash let us know the restaurant was closed when their driver showed up and that they had refunded the money to subway who refuses to give our money back to us. Beware ordering from this location. If I could leave no stars I would. I was offered food for pickup deemed free, food we paid for plus fees and tips for delivery that we weren't being reimbursed for..... we disputed it with our bank after two weeks and no refund. Again, avoid this location. It's all around horrible.

I come to the line and she asks me in a condescending tone, "how many sandwiches" i said one foot long. She rolled her eyes at my sandwich order. And sure I got the garlic bread but I wanted to try it before it was gone! She tells me how gross the garlic bread is as she destroys the bread with butter and cheese going on with, "this is clogged arteries waiting to happen" I have never been so embarrassed in my life. The whole time I feel like a waste of space and here I thought maybe they are about to close or something. No. They close at nine. Now the sandwich. It was disgusting. There was so much butter you could see it through the bread. All i could taste was garlic no other part of the sandwich. So i was humiliated and didn't get a good meal, and as i leave the store, the woman who helped me rushes out to smoke a cigarette.
