Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Centennial

I thought this Papa Murphy’s location had gotten better over the last year, but sadly I was wrong. The last time I came here about two months ago, I placed an online order for pick up. When I arrived, they had no record of my order and had to make it for me when I arrived. Not a big deal, as I know there can be glitches with technology. The lady made up my pizza for me while I was waiting, but mistakenly put it on original crust even though I had ordered thin. I didn’t want to wait to have another one made so just took that one.

Tonight I ordered a 16 inch extra large thin crust online. My friend went to pick it up on her way over to my house. Luckily it was ready to go this time, but it was definitely NOT an extra large. The crust comes NO WHERE near the edges like it used to (see pic below). Just for grins, we measured it and the crust is a 14 inch, not the 16 inch we ordered. So I PAID for an extra large and received a large instead. Had I been the one to pick it up I would have asked them to remake it.

It is unfortunate because I thought this location was improving, but that is not the case. I will no longer be going to this location, and will tell others to avoid...

Be careful when ordering from this location. We ordered a pizza and Brownies on a Sunday night. The manager only had 2 new young teenagers on staff. A mistake happend with a recipe machine where one broke and they were 5-10 orders behind when they found out. They called the manager multiple timesasking for help, he never showed up. I ordered online before 5 and didn't leave untill after 6:15. The teenagers (not there fualt) were panicked, i got some sort of 2 mixed pizzas combined that tasted gross and they had no Brownies, so I got offered cookies instead as they gave the last Brownies to a walk in. I tried talking to online support about it but they just said they would pass the note along. I asked for a phone call back to see if they could fix the mistake and make my order again at some point, but so far no call. This is a manager/owner problem not the workers problem as they seemed new and over their heads. 2 new staff to run the shop on a weekend night...

The night before we celebrated Christmas with family (we celebrated on Christmas Eve) we were preparing the food for Christmas dinner and wanted something simple so we didn't have to prepare 2 meals in the kitchen at the same time. We thought about pizza delivery but figured we would just order Papa Murphys and cook it at home. It had been a while since we had Papa Murphys.

They had some pretty reasonable specials so we ended up paying under $22 for 3 large pizzas. The staff was very helpful answering all her questions and making suggestions, so much so, she felt they went way out of their way.

If you don't mind baking your own, Papa Murphys is a great alternative to delivery, or take out. The pizza is very good and...
