QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Centennial

This was the worst service I’ve had in such a long time. It’s pretty simple to put a smile on your face and not look like you’re hating every second of your job. Whoever the young Justin Bieber looking kid working last night before close needs to find a new job or be talked to about customer service. Rude as hell, and didn’t care to re wrap my burrito once everything fell out of it, he instead tried to hide it and act like I didn’t see it. When I asked everyone how their day was I was brushed off and they said “I guess I’m alive if that counts.” No customer wants to hear that when I’m coming in with a very positive attitude towards your workers. My husband and I used to live behind this Qdoba and frequented it often. We loved it! Lots of space and the workers were always knowledgeable, fun and the place was always clean.

Last week I was in the area and thought I would treat myself to some lunch. After ordering with scraps of meat and beans I sat down and ate which was fine. I figured they were busy and didn’t have time to fill it before I ordered.

After finishing up, I went to throw away my trash and myself and a younger boy looked at each other and laughed.....there was literally no room for a napkin. I had to tell the front counter of the state of their restaurant.

Manager in black tonight was rude and inappropriate. I regularly go in to grab food and he’s usually this way. He’s very skimpy on the food. When asked to put more he gives attitude. He gave the customer in front of me very generous portions but when it came to my order he cut it in half. This is not the first time he’s displayed this behavior. The manager was also unprofessional in his conversations. Speaking about “squirting” and “making him wet” in a provocative way in front of all the customers. Food was not fresh nor were things stocked up. Rice was hard. Unfortunately will not be returning to this location due to these behaviors...
