Here are some of the responses that I just received when calling into the store (Monday 12/21/2020 8:30 am): "I have nothing to do with UPS Access Point, I am just the UPS Store, you need to call customer service" - to which I did and was instructed to call the store because the store IS the UPS Access Point. "I have people in line and I'm the only one working so I cannot help you right now" "It says the package is in my system but I cannot check if the package is here because I have people in line". I was calling because they did not have my package. "I don't know why you're calling me" - then proceeded to hang up on me.
Unbelievable tone of voice from the woman working at the UPS Store at this location today. I have 0 problems when working with FedEx but UPS really takes no customer consideration.
The reason for my call was the package I have been waiting for has had its glitches it seems. I was willing to accept it as technical glitches (as it said it was delivered to the store on 12/15 when in another email and customer service line confirmed it received it today 12/21. I got my first email notification this morning saying I have until tomorrow 12/22 to pick it up. Well, I have been patiently waiting for the updates on when it was being attempted to be delivered since 12/15 but I never got an update.
Customer Service has now created a Case for a supervisor to assist because it seems the package is lost in transit and nobody knows where the package is.

First of all the store insisted on repackaging my package for me into one box instead of 2 "to save me money on shipping" so I left it with them to package and send out. A week later I called the store to check the status of my package because the recipient had not received it still. This store then told me that it was returned back to them and charged me AGAIN to reship it. THEN another week goes by and still nothing so I call the store again and that is when they decided to tell me that the package was LOST when they said it was returned to them. It was signed for by someone at the store as I can see from my tracking information, however, they remain adamant that they have checked the cameras and done everything they can do to recover my lost package. Called UPS customer service too and they just told me to call the store. Even after filing an official claim with UPS and allegedly having cameras around the store they can't seem to find my $700 package. Absolutely no resolution even offered. Also all of the recent 5 star reviews are very obviously fake... all posted around the same time and all sound the same?

Read moreThis location is nearby my work and as a global shipping manager, I come here a lot. Every single time I come in, Kody is working with a customer and smiling. The guy has personality for days and certainly makes you feel welcome when you approach.
Listen, working in brick n' mortar is tough. It can be draining mentally and physically. Yet, this gentleman is out here spreading kindness and positive interactions so that maybe the next person won't have such a bad day. I've got to hand it to him, he's a sterling example of leaving everything at home and shining in the workplace.
Out of all the carriers I use, locations I visit and ship from, this stood out as a reason to come back. Dude is guaranteed to enhance your day. This isn't to say that the other employees aren't also good but none have the same caliber of craft. My packages ship out same day and arrive on time so that's an added bonus.
