I rarely ever write a negative review but I feel I need to this time. I've tried many lattes from Starbucks to dunkin. But for whatever reason this wasn't right. We ordered originally a toasted white chocolate latte and a holiday cookie latte. I've had the white chocolate from here before, holiday cookie elsewhere not altered. However it is mind-blowing how both tasted exactly the same and tasted almost like nothing just milk and coffee no actual holiday flavor. So I tried bringing back at least one to see if I can get it changed. I did but not without smart remark. I tried explaining to the colored hair employee that it didn't really taste like anything just the milk and coffee and smart remark ensues well it's a latte it's suppose to be 90 percent milk. So it's suppose to taste like that. A regular latte yes but not a holiday latte. Yea I did get a replacement to my normal one I get but in terms of customer service be prepared to be belittled on whichever it is. I hope that wasn't the manager like the original gentlemen was helping me with said he needed to get. Future reference keep smart remarks to yourself when handling customers. Please dunkin do better with your employees. This is the first dunkin I've ever met rude employees or employee at. 2nd time around the mocha turned out as it should...
Read moreWent in to find the employee and must of been a friend chatting for a good 5 minutes before finishing the order to move on to the next customer which was me. No greeting, no apology for the wait. I proceeded to order the Brown Sugar Cream Cold Brew in size medium advertised for $3. She said your total is $4 and some change. I asked why it’s not $3 and tax with this $3 promo? She goes to get this guy who comes out to say that they are changing the promotion. I said okay but the sign is still up as I pointed to the advertised sign. He comes storming out from behind the counter to see for himself and says the same thing again, they are changing the promotion. He proceeds to start peeling off the sign so I had asked if he was the manager? He said yes. I asked for this name because he was not wearing a name tag. I also asked to take a picture of the sign for when I call and file a complaint and he held the sign as I did so. I then asked Dillan if he was willing to do anything about this and again he said there was nothing he could do. I left without buying anything. I went to Starbucks and got a Venti (large) Brown Sugar Cold Foam Cold Brew for less than $3 as Tuesdays they offer half off. Starbucks for the win! Read moreWow...so my drink tasted so bitter and nasty. I polity tolerated it because i was meeting with someone. While sitting there i watched her several times do this. Instead of filling the empty espresso up this lady made cappuccinos and lattes with old coffee instead of espresso shots and the younger girl was like what are you doing and the lady says... it's a door dash order who cares and the girl was like oh ok. So I literally saw why my drink was so foul. Then she had a nasty attitude when I brought my latte back up and said it taste nasty like old coffee. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she is the manager. I will never be back to this dunkin. I travel all over the US for work and this is by far the WORST I have ever seen. Absolutely ignorant. I paid for espresso and got milked down coffee and a refusal of a refund. They could have at least used fresh coffee not old burnt...
