Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Center Township

I ordered online for pick up and had to pick a time. The time was 45 minutes from when I ordered to when I could pick up. I got there about 2 minutes before my scheduled time and the girl working was sitting in a booth playing on her phone. As soon as I walked in, she got up and went to the register and JUST THEN saw my order slip. She looked at the slip and said something under her breath that sounded like "oh shoot". Then she had to call someone from the back to come help her make them (5 altogther). This is the 2nd time this happened. The last time the 2 girls working (maybe same 2, idk) were playing on phones together in a booth when i walked in. When I said something to the girl who was in the back, she says "lady, the order just came in". I told her it was waiting there when I walked in. No apology from either one, just tried to blame the machine. And the booth tables were absolutely filthy, so they don't seem to be very good at any job they have there. I'll go to Jersey...

We are new to the area and decided to switch up from ordering Jersey Mike’s and order here for once. Never again. I ordered online and when I walked in there was no one to be found but I looked around for an online order pickup area and didn’t find that either. Finally two female employees appeared and barely communicated with me and seemed very confused in general. One of them looked like she had sores on her mouth. There was one person dining in and otherwise nobody was there yet the counters were covered in food and all the chips and drinks were mostly out of stock. One of the girls scraped potato salad out of the bottom of a tub but we won’t be eating that. When I got home the disappointment continued because the bread is so hard I think I may chip a tooth, the toppings look old and there was hardly any meat and cheese. Waited for a few minutes for someone to come out from the back. Finally an employee who was having dinner at one of the booths decided to help me. Not a good start. You were out of sliced bread. Second strike. Ordered, paid for the food through a payment system that was not working properly, and then a glassy eyed, half awake worker informed me that they were out of tuna fish and would be twenty minutes before I could get my order. Your service has declined considerably over the last couple of months. Had to take my business to Philly Originals in Beaver. Faster service, and by the way, a much better product. I’ve been eating your food for years. Tonight did it. You lost a customer. WILL NEVER GO BACK...
