McDonald's — Restaurant in Center Township

We went thru the drive thru, which is usually busy. We went there because we had to get a happy meal so we ordered a few other things.......nothing had special orders. We pulled around to pay and then were told to pull up because it would just take a second before our order was ready. So we pulled up as requested. 15 minutes go by and our 3yr old grandson was starving, making it far worse to just wait. I took the receipt and went inside to handle it. One of the shift managers started talking before I could fully ask where my food was, talking about how McRibs take time. Good to know but that wasn't our order . I showed her the receipt and told her to figure it out and she said she would be out seconds after me. She did come out but no happy meal was seen. I was so frustrated I told her to get another manager because i was done with her. We sat for 10 minutes more ( i even called to remind them we were still there) and finally the actual manager came up to the window and we had our "happy meal" after a total of 30 minutes and 3 managers. She was EXTREMELY generous (please note the sarcasm) and gave us a card for a free sandwich. Our grandson was beyond frustrated and starving so I didn't bother to take it further. At the end of it all , their excuse was that it was shift change and it's always that way during shift change . If I could have given a negative score, I would have. Unless you have 30 minutes or more, just drive right by that 1 and find an actual...

Okay so I frequent this location a lot yes they're always busy so I understand some slip-ups now and again. Sometimes were missing a chicken nugget from our 6-piece sometimes we don't have the sauce sometimes our fries are barely full some times I get a medium fry instead of a large. I always let it go I don't call it in. But I know how to use the mobile app and I know where I'm supposed to park but some people don't know where to park when they go sit inside so they take up the spaces only 2 available for mobile apps while I'm not about to go inside when I'm not feeling good so I parked at number 3 today because number four and five was taken because people were inside there's nobody in the car. As usual wait around for my order. There is usually a long line so it took about 20 to 25 minutes to get my order by then everybody had left and I was the last one sitting there at number three. Here comes my food finally , a gal hands me the food which she has done previously as I said I come here a lot so I know who she is so she goes to tell me rudely that I should be parked in number 4 number 5 and she walks off not giving me a chance to tell her I would have if there wasn't a hundred cars here to begin with and I had nowhere else to park being sick I didn't want to come inside and get everyone sick and you're welcome. I'd appreciate an adjustment of her attitude from from her and any other employee that acts like because this is not the first time she's giving me...

We use the drive-thru when we have a taste for McDonald's breakfast. We are done going to this McDonald's. Every single time there is something wrong with our food. This time a big breakfast with hotcakes was ordered and we drove all the way home, made our coffee, got comfy, ready to eat and go to butter all the pancakes and the one in the middle looked like somebody had eaten most of it. There was less than a quarter of a pancake there. Had to get dressed again, waste gas driving all the way back just to get an attitude from the staff there because I had an issue with not receiving what I paid for. Not only have the prices going. Astronomically high, now we have to deal with staff having an issue when their customers take issue with not receiving what they paid for. The girl literally made an excuse saying they sometimes break off the griddle. So basically she's saying they know that it's damaged and yet they hid it between the two pancakes to make me pay for less. Not to mention all the staff in the front of the restaurant do not wear gloves when they are handling your fries and your hash browns and any other food up front that is not completely packaged in a wrapper. Never will we ever go to this McDonald's again. The other one in town is so much cleaner and people are nice and not argumentative about getting what...
