Let me start by saying this is not my first time having a bad experience with this location. I Had a coupon for free breadsticks (from a previous bad experience with them) and went in to the store to redeem the coupon and order a pizza to go with it. The coupon apparently was only applicable in a delivery order. So instead of giving me pizza and breadsticks when I was physically in store, they made me pay an extra fee to have it delivered- to follow the policy of the coupon. They then said it would be 35-45 minutes to have it be delivered. We waited for over 2 hours before they called and told me our address was out of delivery range. If we were out of delivery range, why did they make me place the order and pay for our pizza if we were technically not qualified to receive the order? They wanted me to come back to the store to pick up my order.... 2 hours later from the time I left the store. I understand there are policies set in order for a reason, but I think it was kind of pointless and silly to have me leave the store when I could have just taken my food and left happy. Once we received our food, we got 2 pizzas instead of our order of 1 pizza and 1 breadsticks and the pizzas were specialty pizzas - with ingredients we don’t eat. Just overall disappointed with this store. Never had a good...
Read moreI tried several times to order online but it said it was having issues connecting to the store so I decided to call instead when I explained to the guy what was going on he started taking my order. I told him I had an offer for a free medium pizza and he said, "Um hold on." 2 min later a female got on and said she was the manager and that I could only redeem that offer on line. When I told her I was a little frustrated she suggested I wait a while and try again I told her I didn't really want to wait and was about to say I would order anyway when she said in a very annoyed tone that it was busy and I would probably have to wait an hour or more. I kind of chuckled and said that online it said 20 to 30 min she then said that online times are never accurate. Between her tone and her excuses I got annoyed and told her that being a retail manager myself I would never talk to a customer like she was talking to me. She then gave a very annoyed ugh and hung up one me. If this girl is really a manager there Dominos needs to provide more training as this whole situation would have ended with me ordering at their store had she just slowed down, listened and showed a little understanding and...
Read moreI called to make a delivery order and the first question I asked was if they delivered to Farmington where I live. The person on the phone asked the manager and he said yes. Then it took 9 minutes to take my order. They told me it would be delivered in 35-40 minutes. 1 hour and 20 minutes later the store called me and said they don’t deliver where I live. I asked to speak with the manager and he said he was sorry but it was a cook who took the order and they weren’t supposed to. I asked why they waited an hour and 20 minutes to call and inform me, he said they were just getting ready to make the order and noticed the address. Which means it would have been over 2 hours before I would have seen the pizza that had been promised to deliver in 35-40 mit. After I expressed my utter frustration he said “I’ll tell you what, I’ll make your order but just know we won’t deliver to you again”. I refused his offer and said I wouldn’t wait another hour and 20 minutes to get my food. This...
