Waffle House — Restaurant in Centerville

The store is now open 24hrs/7days each week! Outstanding! Congratulations! Let me be the first to say, it’s about time.

Now, we can finally order a breakfast and get totally ignored by the staff. Last Friday I visited this location and ordered a sausage hash brown bowl. I wanted the eggs over-easy and the hash browns to include the addition of ham (chunked) and onions (smothered). OH NO! This overwhelmed the waitress and she couldn’t figure out how to complete an up-sell breakfast for me. What I got was a bowl of hash browns, with sausage, 2 slices of cheese, and 2 dry-as-hell eggs. These weren’t over-easy, these were over-cooked! And, no ham or onions of course. But, I really appreciated all the bitching from the waitress about her having to work all night. Nice, real nice! Great customer service.

$14+ meal. Paid with a $20 and told her to keep the change. I’m greatly disappointed, but not to the point of stopping all tips. I just wish someone would train this crew so customers can have a better experience.

UPDATE- Still only open from 7:00am to 2:00pm. Well now we know that “soon” means at least 3 weeks. When will this madness end???

New store! Great location. But….Now only open from 7:00AM to 2:00PM. Bummer! The sign said opening 24 hours soon. Well, we will have to wait and see what...

I've never waited so long for everything at a Waffle House. No one really acknowledged the 3 groups that walked in. Getting seated was a 15-20 minute process. Our ordering was interrupted about 6 times to prioritize to-go orders. Our order wasn't right when we got our food. I know this place just opened, but come on. It seemed like know one knew their job that worked there and none of the employees were doing the appropriate job. Would...

Ordered a cheeseburger, peanut butter waffle and biscuits and gravy for pick up, they completely forgot the waffle, had to drive back to get it. It was just sitting on the back counter. I received the waffle and got a half hearted sorry, then returned to work to realize we were never given butter or syrup for said waffle. The picture of the cheeseburger on the website also has lettuce and tomato on it, my burger was plain.
