Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Central Point

I'm am disgusted. I doordashed a chicken slinger, BBQ packet, chili-cheese tater tots and a sprite with strawberry... well I did not receive my BBQ, my chicken sandwich was raw and my sprite was carbonated water with very little strawberry. They did not send utensils so I guess they think you should eat the tots with your fingers, and then they only send 1 napkin. I am blown away. They are going to kill someone or make someone VERY sick! So .... after I talked to doordash I tried to call the restaurant to let them know there was a serious problem..... SURPRISE!...... nobody answers the phone( both locations in Central Point and Medford do not answer their phones)!!!!! So I'm assuming it is a mix of issues with these stores, # laziness or they can't read the orders, lack of training, they just do not care about their jobs and most importantly POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!!! And the sprite is seriously irritating because I've worked in restaurants my whole life and I know when the soda starts going out there are several things to alert the staff that it's getting low. Whoever worked the night shift on June 2nd, 2024 sent me to hospital. Now they won't answer their phones.. i ordered a large chocolate brownie sonic blast.. They gave me a half full sonic blast with 1 brownie and a few chocolate chips sprinkled on top. In reality they messed up, made a blast with WALNUTS in it then covered the top so I wouldn't realise until I was gone. Here's a tip to the baboon that worked last night: DONT PUT NUTS INTO PEOPLES SFOOD UNLESS THEY ASK FOR IT. Two bites in and I was heading to the ER. We looked through the ice cream and found lots of walnuts and toffee, just hidden by the top layer of chocolate chips. They clea r ly made the wrong thing and didn't want to fix it. Instead they sent me to the hospital. I wouldn't have minded waiting at all. I didn't even complain when you gave me about 3/4 or the amount I should have gotten because you guys were stressed and frantic. But instead you were lazy and irresponsible. You could have killed me. Disclaimer, I have moved into a healthier phase of my life and fast food is bad juju. That being said, Sonic is a guilty pleasure. I first encountered this chain in the south and I am glad they exist in Oregon. The quality of the food is what you would expect from any fastfood chain, but their selection is impressive. Where chains are shrinking their menus to get people through the system faster, Sonic still has so many options that they have to use small type. You can pretty much get any flavor of slushy, all sorts of high caloric shakes with chunks of almost anything in them. And those tots. If you are like me, you grew up with incredibly soggy tater tots in the "hot lunches" at school. I hated tater tots. But sonic tots are like a little slice of deep fried heaven. In my opinion, they are the Gone with the wind of the fried potato genre. They Rock. So why the three star rating? Because this stuff is bad for you. And like any restaurant of this type, they want you coming back over and over, so they feed your taste buds exactly what they want,...
