Cinnabon — Restaurant in Central Point

Very unprofessional, rude young lady ( not provided her name) 6/20/2021 at about 8 pm shift. Disrespects pilots customers, said "you can't stand in front of cinnabon's counter" because she thinks that I want to buy from there, after I said "no" , and nobody around (not busy time). So, Pilot customers, you are prohibited from standing in front of cinnabon's counter if you are not committed to buy from there! New Pilots policy by this rude employee in Central Point OR...

This location is inside of the Pilot truck stop. For what it's worth, the cinnamon rolls are fresh at the times of the day you would want them to be, and during other time of the day, there are plenty of heat to serve fresh boxes around the rest of the store. The staff I spoke to were pleasant and ready to serve even though the location was not super busy at the time. Horrible customer service! Rude! And misrepresentation of their menu! They offer a six pack of cinnamon rolls for $13.99 on thief menu. Clearly stated and plain as day. But I was told I could not buy a six pack for that price. I had to purchase them for $3.89 a piece. If you aren’t going to let me buy a six pack of cinnamon rolls for the price on your menu..
