Lewis County Coffee Company — Restaurant in Centralia

I am torn with this place. The people are polite, they give my dog treats, and the coffee always tastes good. But there is just one issue that bugs me soo much. Almost every time I order a 24 oz they give me a smaller size. I tend to explode when dealing with such trivial situations so I just avoid the conflict. But this is the 3rd time It’s happened. Well I went and got a $5.00 smoothie and I handed her a $10. She said it's $6.75 !! I told her the board said $5.00. She told me the board wasn't correct and their prices haven't changed since 2019. I thought she would make it right since I told her that wasn't cool, but she didn't so I paid $6.75 and the drink shouldn't of been over $6 at the most. Used to be an every day customer. Then prices increased. Was still a frequent customer. Then burnt shots became more frequent, especially when the regular baristas weren’t working. Then they started using the Joe app. Tried to order sugar free for my diabetic husband but they don’t even have 1/2 the SF syrups listed on their menu in the app. It’s inconvenient and annoying and I miss the punch card.
