The Station LC Coffee Co — Restaurant in Centralia

This was a difficult review to type for me as I love the LC Coffee Company. I went to the station for the first time today at 10 and I was very disappointed. It was a little busy but there was only one girl working. She seemed overwhelmed by the app orders and was completely incapable of taking multiple orders. When I first got there, I waited in line behind someone and it had easily been 20 mins before I asked her if she had been helped yet. She said the girl working had disappeared into the back to deal with food orders I presume for at least 15 mins before I had got there. Then she was in there another 20 mins as I was waiting. I then left and went outside to see if my friend had arrived and she had not yet. So I went back inside and got in line again with the same lady still waiting in line. I then waited another 15 mins and we were never helped. The girl never even acknowledged us the entire time. I was so angry I walked out of there and went somewhere else. Whoever that girl was needs to be retrained. She was so slow and had very little urgency. She also was not smiling or friendly. My advise would be to have at least 2 people working Saturday mornings at avoid something like...

Under new ownership and wonderful!!!! We made reservations for a Red Hat luncheon here before they changed hands. Although we were not on the new owners books the staff made it all happen and fast! We had two tables pushed together and 10 chairs around them faster than you can make a peppermint mocha quad... LOL!

There were two on staff, including one very nice man in training, and they worked well together getting the regular orders as well as our 9-member group taken care of. Our drinks, soup, sweetbreads, and sandwiches were perfect!

I ordered the grilled cheese, vegan peppermint chocolate steamer and a slice of the double chocolate bread. YUM!!!! I remember to get my drink card punched... LOL!

The restaurant was spotless and had a fresh updated look throughout. They have Wifi, tables, couches, chairs, and many choices of places to sit up and down stairs. The prices were fair, and they have some great logo merchandise! I believe this is the first dine in location for...

The Station has become one of my favorite spots in town. I’m pretty picky about coffee, and my regular drink is either Americano with a splash of breve, or a Cappuccino as a special treat to sit down with friends. They never disappoint!! There was once a little mistake on my order but the staff was apologetic and so sweet, and they fixed it with a smile in moments. The signature drinks look like heaven if you like sweeter coffee, they’re even PNW themed- and Instagram worthy!

But what really makes this place special is the vibe. The decor is cozy yet modern, perfect for settling in on a rainy PNW day. I find myself drawn back time and again. There are plenty of comfy spots to sit, whether you’re meeting a friend, getting some work done, or hosting a gathering. The staff bring a friendly, small-town warmth that makes you feel right at home, and you can tell they really care about keeping things clean and welcoming.
