Let me 1st say that I’ve always been a Starbucks lover & have great rapport with many staff members at OTHER nearby locations. However THIS location, Centralia WA, has always been a bad experience for me! I get pushback when I ask for my drink to be made as ordered in the app, I get pushback when I ask for a certain # of scoops of the fruit inclusions. The odd thing is that I’m never asking for more than what was ordered & charged for yet the staff acts like I’m asking for a gold bar for free & treats me like a petulant child when I try to request that they please just make a the beverages as I ordered it. They also act as if the extras I ask for (and PAY for) are coming out of their own checks! I’m not asking for anything free, I just want what I ordered how I ordered it without being given a hard time about it! It’s almost every single visit!
My experience has been that When I pick up beverages for other people in my family who have their own account there is never an issue with their drinks and it’s always customized to the max, I only ever get pushback when it’s MY mobile order!
In a rural setting there aren’t many options of going to another location & I don’t feel like I should HAVE to go somewhere else just to get my Starbucks beverages made as ordered & paid for! My request is NOT unreasonable yet I’m treated like a Nuisance every time I place an order at THIS location! Last week I ordered my usual matcha Frappuccino with and extra scoop of matcha & two pumps of white mocha… the matcha was thrown on the top of my whipped rather than mixed in… it literally looked like someone dropped it onto my frappe.. if you know Matcha you know it doesn’t mix cold it just clumps. Today, I decided to order the same drink (always venti) the lady took my order twice, I said Venti… I get to the window and she’s handing me a grande matcha frappe in the lightest shade of green possible!
