I placed an order for womens boots in a brown and received them in black. Was going to return but decided to keep instead. I then placed an order for them in brown again and order was canceled, so I ordered a different type of boot and that was canceled. I repeated the order 5 times because every time I called customer service they assured me item was in stock. And yet all 4-5 times it was canceled, and they could not give any answers as to why when it shows that it is in stock. Customer service was rude and would not help, when you ask to speak to supervisor they refuse and say email. They are absolutely rude and not into helping customers.
