Food is good, service is horrible. (Except the young kid that works evenings. He’s the best)

I’ve ordered here more times than I’d like to admit. I usually order an order of spicy garlic wings lightly breaded and it’s accommodated. Again, I’ve done this many of times.

Tonight I had someone attempt to take my order and wasn’t used to my order which is fine, however I had to explain myself over and over again. He wasn’t listening to anything I was telling him, for instance, I told him “I’ve been there four times this week” and he later asked “have you ever been here” I decided it’s whatever and proceeded to explain myself until I thought we understood each other. The rep calls back and says The Manager says they can’t do lightly breaded. Not going to lie, it completely blew my night. It’s the night before my birthday and so far today has been a amazing leading up to this, it’s been my food craze lately, the lightly breaded wings and a chocolate waffle from Sweetwater Tavern, and this really ruined the vibe. I’ve had pretty bad customer service experiences in the past from this place but I never cared bc my food was good, well now I won’t come back because now it’s bad service and I no longer can get my wings the way I can eat them due to my teeth.

Make sure to check your credit card bill when you use your credit card at this restaurant. They charge the tip without your authorization. They even charged 18% on top of my actual bill. I had a take out chicken and because it was take out I didn't pay tip. I purposely crossed out the tip too. Couple days later, I noticed that they charged me more than I paid. I believe that's the tip amount because it's small amount. I know it's small amount but it's very rude for them to write tip without customer's authorization. Never will return this place and will spread the words to make sure I am not the only victim here.

Update: I called them and they apologized several times. I am glad that they took time to look over this and corrected their mistake. This is good customer service. Hopefully they won't make this kind of...

I’ve only ordered here twice. Both times it has 10 honey garlic wings. The wings were excellent each time. Low heat - just right for my wimpy palate. The coleslaw was a disappointment, and I wasn’t expecting great. It takes a LONG time to get food. First time I went in was a weekend, and I ordered from the menu - took 30 minutes. Second time was a weekday lunch hour. Ordered online - took a full 45 minutes AND they left out the pickled radish (a much needed accompaniment).

There are several tables crowded against the wall with waiter service. (The menu includes beer.) Not much ambience but people do eat in.
