I ordered carry out for myself and my son. I even showed up after my pick up time. When I walked in I found the shelf where they keep the takeout orders. I did not see mine so I asked the cashier for help. Barely making eye contact with me he simply said it’s on the shelf. I told him I already looked there and I did not see it. He didn’t reply and took the next customer. I was just standing there and I had no idea what’s going on so I asked him. He told me somebody stole my it lol. So out of all the 20 meals that were sitting on the shelf, mine was stolen. Without any further explanation he just continued to stand there. He wasn’t even busy with another customer. I noticed there was a prep cook working on an order. Since I had no idea what the status was I looked at him and asked if she was working on my order. He responded yes lol. I understand sometimes it’s hard to communicate and make eye contact but he certainly didn’t have that problem when he rang up a customer ahead of me. Hungry and irritated I continue to stand there until the prep cook pretty much tossed my order to me. No eye contact from this one either. She was just rude; they both were and, no apologies were made. When I get home food I was excited to dig in since I was starving at this point and I love chipotle’s food. It was disgusting. The onions were soggy and limp and the meat looked fake? The meal was cold even though I just picked it up and the sour cream look like cottage cheese and was globed on. Honestly I was so hungry I didn’t even notice until several bites in. I was so disgusted; I threw the rest of the meal away. In other words I paid $22 for garbage service and food. I’m noticing a lot of bad reviews for this store. I’m also noticing no managers are acknowledging...
Read moreThe man who claims to be the manager at this store (skinny, with a tattoo on his right arm) was extremely rude to customers. He ignored what I was saying and mocked me.
When I asked about the ice machine being broken, he just brushed it off, saying, "Nothing can be done," while continuing to make sarcastic remarks.
I had placed two orders, but the staff miscommunicated, and I saw them opening a closed lid to check what was inside. It seemed like saliva might have gotten in, so I offered to clarify since I was the one who ordered, but they completely ignored me. Instead, this so-called manager just kept rambling on, making me feel extremely uncomfortable.
The manager name was Cesar, and cashier(women) was Erica. They completely ignored what I was saying and openly gossiped about me in front of customers, assuming I wouldn't understand Spanish. Instead of providing proper service, they were talking among themselves the entire time.
I don’t know if the names they gave me were real or fake, but I feel the need to...
Read moreWent to get lunch today and had a question about a meal I thought they offered but was mistaken. Instead of providing me a positive customer service response the staff, especially the first team member I encountered, gave me an attitude. It was not busy and I was not being unreasonable in trying to understand the advertising for a “Chipotle steak and cheese” I had mis heard. I could tell the young man didn’t understand my question so I asked it again during check out and she was nicer about not knowing, which I appreciate after the first interaction. Unfortunately over all the experience was so bad I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to eat inside the restaurant. It was the worst Chipotle customer service experience I have ever had, which breaks my heart since I consider their burritos as my soul food. I will never be returning to that location again. And FYI it was Subway’s chipotle steak and cheese I had heard an ad for but seemed to have missed the Subway...
