Farmer Boys — Restaurant in Ceres

They're rude, petty and lazy. We pulled up to the parking lot to see the menu so that we were prepared to order through the drive-thru as we are from out of town & I was to be ordering for 7 people. My teen son tried to use their restroom, but was denied. The employee said restroom is for paying customers only and proceeded to follow him to the door and look at what car we were in. Whatever we rolled it off and went to the drive thru a short time later, and i was going to ask if my son could use the restroom once we reached the window and paid for what would have been a $175 order. Not only were we going to order for 7, we were going to get extras and make a social media reel for content because our friends and family have never heard of Farmer Boys! We love the zucchini sticks and their variety of choices to eat from breakfast to dinner. Anywho! I reached the speaker to order and the employee rudely told me to give them a minute. I said sure okay. We waited for what felt like was a little too long for a drive-thru. I had impatient kids in the car & my teen son needed to use the restroom so we drove off. Upon leaving and driving towards the front, we realized there was no one ordering and the employees standing around talking and looking around. I felt like they didn't want to do their job, and that they didn't care to even be there themselves. I went across the street and ate somewhere else. No wonder there was no one at Farmer Boys. Do better Ceres...

This place is a joke. The manager is an incompetent person who is incapable of offering any level of customer service. This person made it very difficult to place my order thru the drive thru. With picky kids and a manager unwilling to accommodate a simple request. It made for a terrible visit. Not to mention this place is just run down. It's gross outside and inside. They had a random ladder in the middle of the drive thru leaving you to wonder what is going on that this is here. It was nearly impossible to drive thru the drive thru. Save yourself the time and do not visit this Farmer Boys. It does a bad job of representing the brand. Please shut this place down to save everyone any more trouble. The staff is horrible. The food taste bad. The service sucks. The manager on duty was: Tiffany ( who is telling me that she cannot provide me with the other name of the manager who I spoke with thru the drive thru because they are a minor.) I find that hard to believe but ok. This will be our last visit to any...

Ok, i have to confess that it was my first time eating here, i just have some time in this country. I did not know the brand products, and it was a very nice first impression. Service was good, my accent a little strong ;) the cashier came out to attending me. I asked for coffee as a drink, they did not have at the moment and they brewed for me. Very good coffee for sure. Burger was warm, meat very juicy, bacon on the dot! Fresh lettuce, avocado and tomatoes and all the ingredients, were clean and fresh. Fries were crunchy delicious, salad bowl was huge, and fresh and delicious. I had to wait a couple of minutes outside (because the coffee) and the server was more than kind. Pretty sure I’m coming back soon, and I’ll recommend this place for good products and service. Thanks again guys for doing a great job and serve quality products. Have a happy new...
