Ono Hawaiian BBQ — Restaurant in Ceres

Honestly the customer service has been horrible especilly twice with the same female employee/manager, First time go in before 9 and they kick away my family who came in a minute after me who was also ordering to go because it was almost 9, second time drive thru ask for no ice multiple times, and when I told them again because they put ice seemed like I told them something rude just cause didnt want a waterd down drink, In end they didnt want to let me mix hi c drink becsuse i asked no ice, They proceed to serve me a waterd down Pink Lemonade, I ask them for more katsu sauce and they get annoyed with me saying 1 person, and they only give me one katsu and a 4 teryaki, and its 2 big plates of food, asked if they put katsu in bag theg said yes, I get home and theres only 1 worst of all the bbq pork was dry and only small pieces, honestly...

Couldn't order fish in drive thru as it takes 10 minutes to cook. Backed out of the drive thru, parked and ordered online. Website said food would be ready in 20 minutes. Waited in the parking lot for 17 minutes then went in to pick up food. The girl at the counter was taking the order of a couple. She was explaining the menu to them in explicit detail, fine. It took 4 minutes for her to get their order all while my food is in a bag on the counter. The place was not busy and other workers were mingling. I’ve been here twice via drive thru and mobile pickup and both times were horrible. Once I got to pay at the window, the worker there already had an attitude going on and got mad when I said that the orders we had placed were separate and not together. The second time was when I came inside for a mobile pickup and who I believe was a manager or a shift supervisor was giving me attitude and telling me to show her the confirmation number when I had shown the worker that helped me.
