It is nice in a hurry to have a gyro where the meat is cooked on the Trompo which translates spinning top, the whirling pole of meat. The ingredients are fresh and a good quality you can tell by the look, size, and color of the tomato. They put fries in everything which is a nice California touch. My one complaint is that I wish the meat had more flavor I really feel like it just doesnt hit even close with those strong Mediterranean spices im craving, this is more for the vanilla pallette if you know what I mean. This was my second time here, and the food was just as good as the first. Everything was fresh and packed with flavor. I highly recommend the Nick fries and the beef/lamb gyro—both were excellent.

Prices are a bit high, but that’s pretty much the case everywhere these days. The only downside is that it’s actually connected to a gas station, which can give off a “gas station food” impression. But don’t let that fool you—this place is the real deal. Definitely...
