Yesterday, 2 bad incidents at this location. First of all very nice restaurant. Just opened. Very disappointed with customer service and a manager! Incident #1 - I went through drive thru 8:35 pm got my order. Order was wrong. I turn around parked went inside. Very nice Hispanic young lady at the counter spoke to supervisor. She told me it would be 5 mins. to get my order. 25 mins later. I’m still waiting. Everyone getting their food the drive thru, customers inside and mobile orders. I could hear chaos in the kitchen. Like they were real busy. Didn’t think much of it. I asked employee if I could speak to manager. She was rude and said “there’s several managers, stood there”. I had to ask to get manager. The manager came was very rude! Never apologize! was very insensitive to the matter. Offer to give my refund. I felt I was being kick out. She started arguing trying to justify. A different manager step out getting ready to leave. He was district Manager. I talked to him. He made things right. Way better work ethics. He told the manager to give me refund. The manager went to their office space, ignored it. I had to bring it up to D.Manager. I was still waiting. No food, no refund. I got my refund and food. By this time is 9:30 pm. There was an employee apologizing to me (young lady). The rest of employees and managers were just starring at me. It was very awkward.
#2 I witness yesterday an employee clocking out, crying!! She ran outside sat down on sidewalk. Balling her eyes out. When I walk out. I asked her if she was ok? She said, she spoke limited English. She said, I was treated badly by manager and employees. She couldn’t even talk. She was choke up! Crying. She was calling her husband. At no point no managers asked her what was wrong or checked on her when she was outside. How terrible!! Disappointing to know how fake & ugly some people are. I pray this young lady finds a better work environment. If you have your kids working there. Please talk to them. Let them know is not ok to be...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Popeyes, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish!
The moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warm, inviting aroma of freshly cooked chicken. The atmosphere was casual and lively, making it a great spot for family meals or a quick bite with friends.
Now, let’s talk about the food! I ordered the classic spicy chicken sandwich, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with just the right amount of heat to give it that extra kick. The buttery brioche bun was a delightful touch, and the pickles added the perfect crunch.
I also couldn’t resist trying their famous biscuits, and wow, they did not disappoint! Flaky and buttery, they were the ideal complement to the meal. Dipping them in honey made them even more irresistible!
The service was prompt and friendly, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. My meal was served hot and fresh, which is always a big plus.
Overall, Popeyes is a fantastic spot for anyone craving delicious, mouth-watering fried chicken and soul food. Whether you’re a fan of the classic flavors or looking to spice things up, they have something for everyone. I left feeling satisfied and eager to come back for more. Highly...
Read moreI wouldn’t send my worst enemy coming here. It’s obvious that the employees their fellow employees better than their customers. I walked in tonight to buy my family at 10 piece meal. Nobody went to the register and helped me out. There was another customer behind me who walked out because we waited about five minutes before somebody went to the register, but instead of helping myself or the other customer, they help another employee who was off the clock with her order instead. The manager or supervisor came to the register only after the office the employee needed a discount approved by the manager/supervisor. Only after that is when I was helped and advised her that I waited five minutes and yet the off the clock employee had priority over me and the other customer who was behind me, walked out. I will never return to this location ever again. I would rather go to a different Popeyes… If ever, I will want to come back to Popeyes. I would rather go to KFC at least they know me by my name, even though I visit their location once a month at least and they treat me with respect, and they don’t screw around with customer service.
Note: don’t even try contacting the corporate office about your experience. They will ghost you like the staff at this location. It’s obvious they are only in business to sell product with crappy...
