Ordered a JAVA CHIP FRAPPUCCINO through mobile ordering and the Barista made a similar drink like the one pictured, it was sitting around on the counter and I didn't grab it cause it looked nothing like a Java Chip, so I didn't even think it was my drink. After waiting for 30+ minutes I asked if they've made my drink only for them to say it was that pictured drink. The batista gave me a rude look and remade the drink with half whip cream, poured the coffee over it, and then added whip cream and what looks like crunched up oreo pieces on top which isn't how a Java Chip is supposed to look. Please educate your baristas on the proper way to make a Java Chip because it should only be topped with Whip Cream and Mocha Drizzle, nowhere in the ingredients does it mention to fill half the cup with whipped cream before adding the coffee, nor does it say to add oreo pieces on the top. Quick comparison - when I order from the starbucks on crows landing, the team/atmosphere there is not only super nice and welcoming, but the drinks are always ON POINT! Every time! THEY deserve my tips every time, unlike this location.
Now, compare that location to this one and it's a literal night & day difference. Here, drinks are tasteless, staff is not welcoming (with a couple being the exception) idk if it's just me or what but I have NEVER done or said anything for them to treat me or my drinks this way.
