First time costumer experience:
Pros: The food was tasty & the side spicy sauces were great!
Cons: portions are very small & not filled as a full portion. My side of rice was half full (small container).
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant this week when I went inside for the first time to order food to go due to the incredibly rude behavior of the female host. She refused to answer basic menu questions by being short and dismissive with her responses.
It was honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced- I was made to feel belittled and unwelcome just for taking a moment to read the menu and ask which items were spicy. Although, there were no other customers waiting and only one table with 2 costumers. It was such an uncomfortable treatment that many times in my short stay I thought about leaving.

Read moreI have been a loyal customer. I ordered from this restaurant at least twice a week. I could take my business elsewhere but I believe in supporting the local businesses in my community. For all my To Go orders I tipped every time. Today's order was unpleasant. The BBQ duck was obviously re-warmed because it was extremely dry. It was not fresh since the meat was dark and dry. I've had BBQ duck from many places and the meat is tender and juicy. I am leaving this review in hopes the owner understands customer loyalty and that in this pandemic where many businesses are struggling, one should make customer service a priority.
