In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Ceres

Please forgive my poor rating, however, for due diligence, in order to give a heads-up, so that improvements can bemade, I am giving an open and honest review. Let me start by saying that I am a huge fan of In-N-Out. The low score for service has less to do with individual associates and more to do with the time it took. I am fully aware of how long it can take when to it's busy. This time, however, was unaccetably long. I was in the drive through for 52 minutes, start to finish. There were 11 cars in front of me. I know that is a lot of customers. Though, almost an hour is more time than I've ever spent in any drive through anywhere and I will not do that again. I am attaching a picture of the clock running for the car ahead of me, ending near 6 mnts. My time was close to the same, save 30-45 sec.. Do the math X 11 cars. They must learn to streamline the service somehow, if that is even possible. I am not upset about it, but do note, I wont go through that again and therefore will not return as it always seems this busy. The food was excellent, as always, with the exception of the fries (I think a lot of us put up with the limp tasteless fries, or animal style them, because we love the burgers that much). Otherwise all was as should be. I sure miss the burgers, but I just don't have an hour to spend waiting, on a daily basis. So i will have to continue sacrificing taste and fresh ingredients, for the speed of other drive thrus, which can offer...

Great friendliness clean building as far as I could tell but didn't see the restrooms. The service was a bit slow for my order because the worker took my order wrong twice third time was the charm lol asked for 2 drinks got charged for 3 but also given 3 cups just didn't wanna go thru trouble of refund for 1 cup and then 1 burger was forgotten in the order so had to order again and wait for second order causing food to be colder but still they were polite about it. However they could have offered the burger free or to remake the whole thing if I was gonna wait so long. But anyway. The extra burger or maybe it was one of the original ones was soggy wet bread for some reason and that's the second time at that location with this issue of soggy bread and my child wouldn't eat it would you? We love in and out but this is the true observation of this location however I still have a pretty good rating because of niceness and the rest of the order was good and people do make mistakes.
