I had a dangerous and disappointing experience at P.F. Chang’s in Cerritos on February 7, 2025, due to negligence and lack of accountability from the staff. My mother and I sat at the bar for happy hour and ordered two margaritas and two appetizers, one of which was the crab wontons. The menu described them as having a “creamy crab filling”, but it did not specify whether the crab was real or imitation. Since crab wontons are typically made with imitation crab, I made sure to ask our server directly if they contained real or imitation crab. I made him aware that I have an allergy and he assured me twice that they were made with imitation crab.Trusting his word, I ate them. My mother, still skeptical based on the texture, later flagged down the manager and asked the same question. Shockingly, even the manager didn’t know and had to check with the chef before confirming that the dish does, in fact, contain real crab. By this point, I had already consumed it and began experiencing a reaction. Thankfully, I was able to prevent it from escalating, but this situation could have been life-threatening. Instead of apologizing or showing concern, the manager blamed me, saying I should have “read the menu” and that people with allergies should avoid ordering certain foods altogether. The problem wasn’t the menu—it was the fact that their server gave me false information—not once, but twice. Even the manager wasn’t sure of the ingredients, proving that staff are not properly trained on allergens or ingredients in their own menu items. What’s worse is that this is not an isolated incident. I found a review from two years ago where another customer at this same location also had a food allergy issue that was mishandled by the manager. This shows that allergy safety is a recurring problem here, and nothing has been done to address it. Food allergies are not a joke. Staff should be properly trained on ingredients and allergy protocols to prevent dangerous mistakes like this. I will never dine here again and strongly urge management to take food safety more seriously.

Me and my family went for Mother’s Day and what I expected to be a nice Mother’s Day dinner was the complete opposite. It started by me calling in twice, the First Lady that answered the phone said they weren’t taking reservations untill after 9 so I hung up to ask my family about it first to see if that time is okay with them and when I called back to make a reservation a man answered and said he can do a reservation for 8? Not sure why the First Lady said that but whatever Upon getting there At first things were fine untill the food came out and the waiter had to take back a plate of food due to a hair he had seen and i understand this happens sometimes but the fact that we saw this women with extremely long hair just freely walking around in the kitchen along with many others explained it so well! But I wish hair was the only problem. Towards the end of the night the chefs in the back were literally screaming and it sounded like there was a fight going on in the kitchen but when we looked everyone seemed fine and it seemed like they were joking and messing around. my mother even asked the waitress about it and she dismissed it saying “oh yeah they get like that at the end of the night haha” A man’s loud voice from the kitchen screaming the F word I’ve never experienced this in a restaurant before in my life I never though I would experience this from a PF Chang’s

First timers there, my parents, son & I, we were there a quarter to 4 p.m. we asked the host to be seated on a booth even when it was clear there were a couple of booths available (because it wasn't crowded) she told us we had to wait. So, she made us wait close to 20 minutes. Once seated a waitress approached us only to tell us that someone would be right over to take our order. Waited another 10 minutes before the waitress weighing our table finally came to ask if we wanted to order drinks, we went ahead placed our orders includingpur drinks; chinese chicken salad, shrimp tempura bowl with rice and green beans, crunch sushi rolls and a plate of salmon with sauteed in spinach & mushrooms. The Sangria wasn't refreshing or satisfying it tasted old. Food was meh, ok, the salad had dark pieces of mango that didn't make it too appetizing...the waiting around was too much as it wasn't crowded and both my son and noticed another table's order came before ours, funny thing they walked in 10 minutes after we sat in our table. We paid a little over $100 guess that wasn't enough to have had decent timing in our service. Our waitress was friendly and the place looks nice though. I won't go back.

My children and I visited PF Chang’s this Friday, and it was hands down the best restaurant experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in until we left, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, patient, and kind. Alex, the host, greeted us with a warm smile and was respectful and friendly, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the most popular items and his personal favorites. The waiter who brought us our drinks was also very kind, and thanks to him, I tried the most delicious tea, Dragon Eye tea, which was absolutely delightful.

Our waiter, Aldo, was attentive and observant throughout our meal. The entire restaurant was clean, spacious, and everyone there was willing to help, even if they weren’t assigned to our table. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the experience. And the food -oh my goodness, it was so delicious! We ordered the beef broccoli, and even though my kids usually only eat the meat, the devoured the broccoli too. The meat was tender, and the broccoli was cooked perfectly, with the same seasoning and flavors as the meat. I rate it a 10 out of 10.

The Magnolia Beef was also outstanding-the meat was tender, the green onion were perfectly balanced, not overpowering at all. Another 10 out of 10!

We also tried the Orange Chicken, which was recommended crispy, but we ordered it the regular way, and it was delicious. The thin orange slices as decoration added a nice touch, and the flavor was savory and delightful- yet another 10!

The Kung Pao Chicken was my personal favorite-absolutely sensational! Despite being identified as a spicy dish, my kids enjoyed it just as much as I did.

We also ordered the Veggie Spring Rolls, which were a hit for all of us-a perfect appetizer. We almost ordered another plate! And let me tell you about the Changs Spare Ribs- another perfect 10! The ribs were tender, and the sauce was just right, not overpowering, just the perfect balance of flavors.

We also tried the Chicken Lettuce Wraps, which we didn’t realize we had to prepare ourselves, but they were delicious nonetheless.

We also ordered the Noodles with Veggies which were Fantastic- we had to order more noodles because they were so good!!

I highly recommend this location, and will definitely be back!

And don’t get me started on the NY Cheesecake , with sliced strawberries and blue berries, it was heavenly!!

I’ve never been to a place where everyone is so friendly, and the food is so amazing. I also want to mention that the restaurant was impeccably clean, and as soon as a table was vacated, it was cleaned right away. The restrooms were also spotless.

We had leftovers, and despite my praising everything, it truly was that good. When we reheated the leftovers, everything tasted delicious!!!

Note- my kids and I have sensitive stomachs when it comes to certain foods, but none of us experienced any issues after eating all this amazing food. We were not bloated, didn’t have any tummy aches- just full and content.

I was fortunate enough to meet the Manager as she made her rounds greeting the clients and she was incredibly nice-genuinely a wonderful person.

I have to acknowledge them because good people are hard to find. Shout-out to everyone at PF Chang Cerritos Mall!

Thank you, Alex the host, Aldo our waiter and Cesilia the Manager for the truly amazing experience. It was our first time there, and certainly won’t...

My boyfriend and I normally dine-in at this particular restaurant. We were surprised to have received poor customer service at the beginning of our visit with one of their host. The host walked us to the back of the restaurant to a table that was not ready, there was food on the chair and floor. He had us stand next to the table while he swept and cleaned up. My boyfriend proceeded to ask the host if they had another table available for us to have dinner at. The host was rude and shared if we had an issue with the table chosen we can speak to the receptionist who is in charge. Stating it wasn’t up to him and there was nothing he could do. His demeanor was not nice and had horrible customer service. I spoke to the receptionist and had us seated in a different area. Our server for the night was Damian he did an amazing job with making us feel comfortable and had a great dinner. He had a friendly demeanor, confident, outgoing excellent at recommending appetizers/entrees, super attentive, shared his great energy and jokes all night. Just wanted to give a thank you to Damian and manager Ricardo for apologizing on behalf of his worker, it was highly appreciated. Manager Ricardo was very professional, attentive, and has great customer service skills. They both made our date night a magnificent experience and know how to keep their customers happy. We look forward to visiting P.F Chang’s...
