Enzo's Italian Eatery — Restaurant in Chadds Ford Township

Have been coming to this restaurant since they opened. The prices have gotten ridiculous, but still come here from time to time because the food is good and the portions are large. However, this Friday my mom and I decided to order from here. The person on the phone lacked customer service and I really do not like how they spoke to my mother. They were rude to the point that I almost called them back and canceled the order, but my Christian mother is too kind for that and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that they were “busy.” I was a waitress for 14 years and a hostess before that, I don’t care how damn busy you are, you do not disrespect elderly women and/or be rude to customers.

Lastly, I got the carbonara which is soooo over priced it’s absurd… who charges $26 for pasta. There isn’t a protein on it and for $27 it should. They used to give you a decent amount of pancetta but now not even that. This place literally gets worse by...

Starting off with we are from out of town and working in the area. We 4 guys decided on pizza and cheese sticks. So I looked up Italian. Enzo's came up. So I called and asked for a large pizza price, was given 2 different prices. I asked again then was given a price. The man said 10/15 minutes. I waited went to pick up pizza and cheese sticks. Wow a big difference in prices. Went from pizza price $12.00 to 21.48 cheese sticks price $4.75 to $8.00. I asked for the right price witch was $12.00 on menu. Was told they changed the prices. I told the manager that I thank they needed to inform customers about the price change. His, replied not is problem take it or leave. Yes I left it. So If I was y'all be careful. THIS IS A TRUTHFUL REVIEW!!! DO NOT EAT AT ENOZOS, this restaurant is extremely overpriced for the low-medium quality food, in this restaurant they have a bowl of bland spaghetti for $20 a bowl which I think is overpriced. Their veal is ok but also bland. My family and I ate here one night for a celebration to someone’s birthday, everything was fine till the next day I got extremely sick, till this day I don’t what sickness it was but it definitely came from the food we ate, the sickness was terrible my whole family got sick soley from eating here. Whatever was in the food our bodies wanted to get it all out immediately.
