Seriously the best ice cream I have ever had. The seasonal flavors are always so creative and FRESH. The staff is friendly and are patient with those that want to try a few before deciding. I have never been disappointed in any flavor I've tried - now, there are a few I didn't like, but that's just personal taste preference - the quality and creativity did not disappoint. The flavors are mostly just so intense yet perfectly balanced - the chocolates are amazing. Coffee really does taste like frozen creamy coffee. I could go on & on. Picking up a pint from Heinens just isn't the same, can't place why but it's not quite as good. I just wish 2 things: 1- that they'd bring back a winter flavor that was called something like flu-buster or cold-cure (?) - it was like a frozen hot-toddy (lemon, honey, whiskey,...?) and was perfect (for adults) for when you are sick and miserable and feverish - this was just a perfect comforting boost that was also cooling on a sore throat. Great for winter in Ohio! And... 2- that the prices were not quite so high. But, I get it - using quality locally-sourced ingredients is not cheap. It wouldn't be as delicious if they cut corners. I wanted to start with the ice cream IS DELICIOUS. My problem as a premium ice cream brand, I had more expectation of warmth. I've been a fan of Jenis for a minute and decided to trek out to this location. The people working behind the counter weren't giving any sort of positivity. I'm not one to complain on this because I work in the service industry. But if you are paying 6.25 for two scoops and want to try a sample and just enjoy your experience sometimes it's nice just nice to receive an hello. I'd go back for the ice cream but not the customer service. I think my biggest issue is that the environment of the store and the customer service were direct opposites.

Update 2024: I went back and had a better experience. They are grossly understaffed, and I feel sympathy for them. The ice cream here is delicious, and the people this time around were great. I updated my rating from a 2 🌟 to 4 because the place has gotten better. It's just short staffed, and you can't help but feel...
