A few months ago, I visited your store for a screen replacement on my Samsung S23 Ultra. The service I received was initially satisfactory; however, my dissatisfaction stems from the fact that I was assured that my phone would remain waterproof after the screen replacement.
Unfortunately, this statement turned out to be false, and my phone is no longer waterproof. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration for me, especially considering the investment I made in this premium device.
To make matters worse, my phone has recently developed additional issues, and I am now faced with the need for further repairs. Regrettably, I cannot consider returning to your store for these repairs, given the unmet promises and the resulting inconvenience I experienced after the screen replacement.
While I understand that issues can arise during device repairs, it is crucial for your team to provide accurate information to customers regarding the functionality of their devices post-repair. Trust and transparency are fundamental to customer satisfaction and retention.
Moving forward, I will be seeking alternative repair services, hoping to find a provider who can both rectify the current issues with my phone and provide truthful information about the repair process. My experience at uBreakiFix has left me with no choice but to explore other options for my future device repair needs.

I was quoted a price of roughly $321 and told it would take 2-3 days for part to arrive and then another 2-3 days to repair and that I would receive a call when the part arrived. Almost 2 weeks went by, no call. I called to check status of part. It had not been ordered yet. They claimed that the part was no longer available where they were originally shopping it but that they would be ordering the part soon. Was finally called that part arrived after 3 weeks, on a Friday. Was told no technician to repair until Monday and to bring in on Monday to be done by Tuesday. When I dropped off laptop on Monday, was told no technician until Tuesday and may not be done until Wed. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the bad information as I would have waited until Tuesday to drive over there to drop off the laptop so I could have my laptop to use until they needed it to make the repair, but since I was already there, I left the laptop. To my surprise I called on the Tuesday afternoon and repair was completed and ready to pick up. When I picked up, price was more than $100 than originally quoted, at roughly $420. The original quote of roughly $320 seemed reasonable to repair, but I may have made a different decision with a quoted price of $420. A replacement keyboard can be bought for roughly $90 from Microsoft. So its looking like I paid over $300 just for labor. Not really sure why the cost increased over $100 over what they originally quoted. Read moreBe careful bringing your device to this store. I brought my phone in to fix a cracked screen and was helped by someone named Blake. I left my phone there and came back a few hours later and he had informed me that while replacing my front screen he had cracked the back screen so he needed to order the part so he can finish both sides. I brought my phone back the next day when the part had arrived and left it there for a few hours once again. When I returned he had informed me that he had damaged one of my cameras on the back so he would have to replace that part also. This part would take a few days to arrive so I would have to bring my phone back the next week in order to be fixed. I then again bought my phone back the next week to have the one camera replaced and left it there for a few hours once again. When I returned a few hours later Blake informed me that he had damaged all of the cameras on the back of my phone and would now have to replace the entire assembly. Luckily he had the part in stock this time but for him to damage multiple parts of my phone while just replacing the screen is unacceptable. It has been a week later and now my phone is having network issues and it seems he may have damaged the radio antenna.
