While in the process of looking for a newer car, I kept running into road blocks for the cost of insurance with my prior insurance company. I have great credit, and no accident history, but my current agent kept quoting me out of my price range. I also had no tickets within the last three years. Afua and Chris went above and beyond to help me save over $200 so that I could buy a newer vehicle, have full coverage, and still afford my insurance. Afua gave me insight on the bundling options with my home owner's, safe driver, and multi- vehicle discounts. Chris took care of me late at night as I was at the Nissan Dealership (last customer of the day) to ensure that I walked out with full coverage. I am very surprised how she explained everything in full details for each quote and made sure I knew exactly how much coverage I was receiving. We've been with State Farm for over 45 years, mainly for the service. Boating in our pontoon boat last year we hit a submerged log which damaged our lower unit on the outboard motor. Due to delays on parts we bought another IO boat to get us through the summer. While I was regerstering the new boat our agent asked about our existing pontoon boat. When I told her what happened she asked me to turn in a claim for damages, which I did. State Farm paid $2,300.00 to compensate us for bills paid. I would never have thought it would be so easy. They processed with proof of performance and returned a check within days! We also purchased a 21 foor fishing boat and now own 3 boats all are insured by State Farm.
