XPERIENCE SPORTS BAR & Lounge — Restaurant in Chamblee

Came here before and sat at the bar with my husband for the 1st round of the playoffs. Had a great time! Spent over $300 with no problem. Came back for the 2nd round of the playoffs under a reservation that my mom in law made for 8 of us after my husband and I raved about our experience here last time. Got to the front desk to check in and the young lady said that she was going to get our table ready. She came back and walked us to the other side of the restaurant where she saw two guys sitting in the section she was about to give us. She turns to us and ask us to wait while she goes to talk to them. I’m assuming she was asking them to get up. Clearly they told her that they weren’t moving and She came back again and ask us to wait while she goes to find us another table. She returned and I’m thinking that she is about to take us to a table. But she instead asked us if we are going to be buying two bottles because now our table has a two bottle minimum. I look at her confused because we were told that bottle service doesn’t start until 10pm and it’s 8:30. I call my party and tell them and they were livid. I tell them that I will pay for one bottle and ask if they want to split the rest. The hostess walks back to the front and we are standing there confused because nowhere on the reservation does it say that we will have a 2 bottle min. I had plans to buy food and drinks like last time and am almost certain that I would had spent another $300. Probably won’t return nor recommend again because how inconvenient is that. After approaching the door the greeting by the lady with the short blonde hair and red dress had very bad energy which immediately jumped off on me after asking to repeat herself because she spoke low and music was loud after repeating herself and saying if we couldn’t find a seat she would find one for us her response gave very aggravated and rude with an attitude proceeded to the bar after asking the same lady for seating because we couldn’t find a seat at the bar she responded again with an unapproachable attitude and saying come get me after you check out and after 1 1/2 hour of being seated you will be charged 400 dollars for the night which she didn’t mention at the door the customer service at the bar and waitress after being seated was awesome I left 1 star because of the greeting your impression when entering an establishment should be the best Xpierence which is what you would expect going by The name of the club but the attitude gave me a bad vibe and totally ruined me and my man’s night please train have a discussion or talk because you will lose a lot of business because of her I spent good money althy she gave horrible...

Meant to write my review a while ago, however, I visited here twice. The first time I sat at the bar and service was good. The 2nd time I came it was NBA Finals sat at a section with 3 other people and was told as long as we are ordering drinks and spend at minimum $150 we were cool to sit in a section. Mind you, I was given this information because I asked if there was a limit to sit in a section. So after about 2 hours and us meeting the requirements, we were told we had to get up because the section was “reserved” we were never told the section was reserved. And then the waitress says “I’ll try to find y’all some other place to sit” which was a lie because the place was super packed, all seats were filled and we had seen people being turned away due to no more seating. So we knew she was lying. Plus she watched us walk out the door without trying to “find us somewhere to sit”. Overall a cool vibe but when did a seating limit become a thing? Lastly, rode past here yesterday and see they have relocated to Cheshire Bridge Rd under a new name Flo ATL. Perhaps there’s more seating in the...
