La Costilla Grill Atlanta — Restaurant in Chamblee

I order from this restaurant multiple times a week on UberEats. I often go in and eat with friends. I will never be giving this restaurant a dime ever again. I just received my order completely incorrect form UberEats. I know this is an issue on the restaurant's end because I called UberEats beforehand. My order did not come with any onions and peppers inside my quesadilla, nor did they substitute my side salad and french fries with refried beans. And i requested 3 of the mini salsas that they give you when you order cheese dip, which I did. I received ZERO salsas. The best part is that I call in to get this sorted out and have my order either remade to what I ordered and paid for, or to get a refund. The hostess who answers calls me a liar and says that my order that she gave out to my UberEats driver was correct. Then when I proceed to ask for the manager, she claims there isn't one there. Imagine spending your hard earned money on a completely incorrect order and THEN being called a liar by an employee of the restaurant. Terrible staff. Terrible way of handling an easy-to-solve situation. I'll be ordering from somewhere else in the future. Nice to know this is how La Costilla Grill handles...

I dined with family recently and our experience was not pleasant, to start the attitude of our server was unfriendly, the times we inquired about drinks or if plate had sides she would say I don't know I'll ask never gave strait answer. The food eventhough we did enjoy part of the food. I order a t-bone medium rare which was serve on a hot sizzling plate which I didn't like for the reason being that by the time my steak had cold down it was over cooked which made it dry. The young man that was cleaning tables was careless that he hit one of my family members with the container that had dishes when I tried to get his attention and tell him to be more careful , I notice he had head phones on ,needless to say he would not care or show any concern if I was to bring it to his attention. The apparently server was eager to be done with her shift even when she was told , that we were not done . she immediately placed trash on one the plates with food, the proceeded and removed the trash and said oh I'm sorry. Place is extremely good service is above and beyond staff are really friendly food is really good the quality of steak is really good as well this restaurant is one of a couple that those owner have and always that I got to any of them service is really good Carlos is a really good person when he is at the restaurant helping their employees attention, quality of food and service is a main think to me because In a chain of food industry something like that is missing you miss all. That’s why when I go to this restaurant I feel really like home , once again Hi5 for this restaurant his owners and incredible team.

Also this restaurant you can do semi parties in there like private events the amazing hots will take you order and accommodate for your needs, the plaza where this restaurant is located always you can found more diversities of business most of them dedicated to the food industry, coming back ti la costilla is really good located. This area is most Hispanic but nothing to be afraid of people are really and helpful nice around there. Go to the place with family or friends enjoy the place and...
