I never write reviews... so that should tell you something from the start.
Upon arriving home I found a flyer for this place stuck in my door. I usually toss these things. This time I held on to it for some odd reason. I got hungry that night, saw the flyer, made a visit (another thing I don't usually do). Establishment looks clean, nice lighting, seating, and music. I placed my order and clearly stated white rice. The cashier clearly repeated it back to me. I receive my order fairly quickly so I was pleased when I left.
Upon opening my order at home I see that I have pork fried rice. Honest mistake, I brush it off. However, by the concealed texture of the sauce on the "chicken" you could clearly tell this food was sitting around in a fridge and then microwaved. Upon further inspection, the chicken at the bottom was so burnt it was an unrecognizable brick. Leads me to believe this food was probably microwaved more than once.
This place is not worth the money. If you see one of their flyers, do yourself a favor and trash it. It's where the food will inevitably...
Read moreIf you're from Maryland or DC then you know how good carry out should taste! This is not IT! Don't even do it! Now I know not everyone eats alike so maybe I ordered something you possibly won't. I ordered chicken wings & Fried rice, Shrimp egg foo young, Shrimp lo mein & 2 spring rolls! The food was nasty and spoiled. The chicken taste old. The lo mein had an excessive amount of lettuce in it which made it unfathomable to enjoy. The lo mein had a lettuce taste. The shrimp egg foo young was by far the worst I've ever taste in my life! The gravy was sweet and had a cinnamon taste idk it's hard to explain that's how nasty it was. The fried rice was so burnt it taste burnt & you could see the lil burnt pieces of rice all throughout it. We threw the food away at the trash right in front of their establishment. To sell spoiled chicken is beyond unacceptable. I'm 5 months pregnant so i was p!ssed. I mean you can literally taste how old the chicken was. They should be...
Read moreMy reviews mostly based on the Chinese fried donut because it's the only thing I had there most of the time and one time chicken fried rice. They make this nice fresh donut that is fried and has sugar on top. It's not like the American way, it is shape like a round fluff soft rolls and it's has suger sprinkle on it. The Taste is WOW! For something so simple it's so good you have to eat it fresh to get WOW but after while is great still but now WOW lol. The other item I had was chicken fried rice which was nice and simple, and give her that good old-fashioned fried rice taste. When I arrived there the staff is always nice and they greet people right away. The price is pretty fair and and reasonable because you are getting a lot for Less I feel. Overall my experience was good but remember my reviews mostly based on those Chinese Donuts. Sadly I didn't get a picture of my Donuts because I always end up...
