Would give zero stars if possible.
I called the Jet’s Pizza on Neil St. in Champaign because the order I had placed online and scheduled for a 12:00pm delivery was over 20 minutes late, again.
Even though a Jets Pizza delivery had just been dropped off where I work around 12:15pm, but not my single slice of pepperoni and 20oz Pepsi.
When I called I spoke with a woman named Casey who said she was the manager. I tried to explain the situation to her but she constantly would speak over me not allowing me to talk or hardly get a word in at all. Then she would tell me she didn’t understand what I was trying to tell her. I said “That’s because you are not listening to me and keep talking over me.”
I tried to tell her the problem again but she again consistently spoke over me and absolutely refused to listed to me. When I told her again that she isn’t listening to me and keeps talking over me she became very rude, uncooperative, and kept trying brushed me off saying she had to get off the phone and call her driver to find out where my delivery was.
I finally requested that she just cancel the order instead to which she agreed, and promptly hung up the phone. (I have since discovered that while she agreed to cancel my order, she never actually did.)
This has occurred more times than I can count resulting in me not even ordering from Jets anymore. However I thought with the store reopening less than a mile away maybe things would be different so, giving them the benefit of the doubt, I reluctantly tried again.
Jets staff members exhibit exactly what NOT to do in a customer service industry. They are rude, unhelpful to customers, and constantly make excuses for their poor behavior and untimely deliveries. They take no responsibility for their actions and blame the customer for their mistakes and short comings.
If I were the owner I would be horrified at what passes for customer services in this store.

4 weeks ago I ordered a pizza but it was accidentally gave to someone else, so we have to wait a extra hour to get the pizza after hour of waiting. We decided to ask for a refund, the worker there are nice and gave me a small pizza to make up but I ended up paying it because I understand everyone makes mistakes. But after 5 days I realized that the money didn’t not refunded on my card so I have to call the store to ask, they said I have to ask someone in the other store in the morning because they don’t have the access to see the refund information. So I ended up go in to the store next day and ask them but they they only had my information down and claim to ask the owner and give me a call(which they never did). And a week past by nothing happened, so I have to go to the store AGAIN, to ask about the refund, the thin male manager was really mean and yelling at me to ask my bank for give me the refund and claim that the refund was refunded to my card and I need to call the bank. WITHOUT any information about that refund transaction? Only if I can just say give me the refund that jet’s pizza give and I actually got money with out the transaction number or even the date. Seriously?And he claim to text me after asking the owner( which I’m not surprised at that time, they never did). So another week past by and I have to literally call my bank to cancel that payment 4 weeks ago for them, still not sure if I can get my 18 dollars back.
I know, 18 dollar is not a lot for some people, but it’s definitely enough for me too see what kinda store this is. I personally will never buy pizza from here ever again and recommend it to other like I used to do. Circle K tastes better anyways and they give refunds...

Instead of being addressed like a customer the general manager talked to me like I was on some kinda cotton field take in mind she tried to school me like I’m her employee instead of taking the matter in hand that someone has a complaint because they got sick off of the pizza she made! Instead she couldn’t keep her cool and maintained Her professional position as a General Manager, she banned me for a phone call in which I was just trying to address a complaint by a pizza that made me sick! Wow, so unprofessional! Why would you banned me over a phone call in which I asked for information regarding your boss because you couldn’t handle the matter in hand! So, she banned me because I spoke my peace and wanted to be addressed like and customer! Furthermore, I don’t eat at your restaurant anyway! It’s just the principle that the pizza was not good and I got sick off of it ! Also, you should’ve addressed my complaint instead of think I was trying to get over! In which that’s not the case! I’m not the one to try to get over on anyone further more! You disrespected my son who had no problem addressing you with the issue, but instead you talk to him in a profound manner as well! I don’t appreciate being disrespected and I was the one who got sick off of your oily greasy sausages pizza that smelled awful!
