So let me start by saying, I never give a review when it’s negative. If I have a bad experience at a restaurant, I just don’t return. But I stopped for lunch cause I work in this area and Burger King happens to be my go to fast food, I went through the drive-through and got a double whopper with cheese meal. The lady working in the drive-through, her name was Diana. She was extremely unpleasant and downright rude. When I asked for ketchup, it seemed to bother her that I was asking her to do extra work. so I figured you know what people get busy things happen. I parked my vehicle and I ate my lunch. The french fries were not fresh and had no salt on them whatsoever. The whopper was not the greatest whopper I ever had. The tomatoes were so mushy and the burger patty was cold. When there’s no one in the drive-through and the lobby is completely empty, that obviously obviously implies that the employees are not busy. My food should’ve been top shelf. I can understand things like this happening when you’re busy or when there’s a rush. That was not the case. my fries should’ve been fresh and my burger should definitely not have been cold. I also got a sprite with my meal that tasted like the fountain lines were dirty. I had to come back in to pour it out and choose a different drink. So overall, the entire meal was just shot. Definitely ruined my lunch for me. Had it been one minor thing I would’ve let it go but the entire meal being this horrible. Read moreI don’t normally review when I have unpleasant experiences but here we go. I went through the drive thru and no one else was in line. I drove up, ordered, pulled up to window, paid, got my drink, and then waited. And waited. Eventually I was told to pull up front and wait “a minute” for my food. No worries, sometimes we get busy, things need time to cook, etc. I sat in my car for over twelve minutes. Watching other cars go through drive thru, pull out, leave. Only one other car pulled in to park and wait too. Watching one couple go inside and come out with food. I am getting frustrated but still trying to give the benefit of the doubt even though I only ordered a few chicken wraps. Three to be exact. Very simple order. Other locations have them done in two minutes. So I decide to go inside and wait to ask about my order. I am on lunch and have to get back to work eventually. I waited for another three to four minutes and still haven’t gotten assistance, neither had the two individuals in front of me. Then an employee mentions about how an order that was sitting on a shelf hadn’t been brought out. So essentially, my order was forgotten about and left sitting for awhile. Wraps soggy. When the employee finally gave me the food, there was no apology, no acknowledgment of how long I was waiting, nothing. Read moreFirst of all, the staff at this BK are always friendly and the food is good. This location isn’t going to last, though, if they don’t figure out a way to keep their dining room and drive-thru open. We live less than a mile from this store, so we keep returning, but I can’t remember the last time their dining room was open. They’ve posted adjusted hours on their drive-thru speaker, and from what I remember, they close at 6:00 pm. The last time I was there, I went through the drive-thru at 5:00. Cars were in their parking lot, but the dining room was closed. The back door was open and a man was standing in the doorway. I kept waiting for someone to take my order at the drive-thru and even yelled and honked. I finally pulled up to the window and honked. I saw a lady walk out of the door from where the employees work. I assume she was going to the restroom. Nobody ever acknowledged me, so I finally left and went to Whataburger. Today, we went at 9:45. Their dining room was closed. Their drive-thru was open. The staff member who served us was very friendly. Our food was good and exactly as ordered. I hope they figure out their staffing issues, because we like BK and this location...
