Been here several times, most experiences have been neutral, several have just been bad, none that I would call good.
My most recent experience is what prompted me to write this review. 5:50 a.m. I place a pickup order for three dozen donuts for my daughter's classroom. I set the pickup time at 8:45 a.m. I ordered an equal amount of vanilla with sprinkles and pink with sprinkles. I had seen a warning on the app that said due to the size of the order it might take a few extra minutes. At 8:45 I checked the app and it says that my order was entered in at 8:38 a.m. oh okay that must mean I'm good to go. We get there at 9:00 and not only is our order not ready, it hasn't even been started. They start putting it together and then tell us that they are out of the vanilla sprinkle but they have chocolate. So we get that. We didn't get out of there until 9:15.
There was not one single apology. There was not one single attempt by the man I took to be a manager as he was dressed differently, to make things right. As a matter of fact when I grabbed my bag I loudly said thank you as he literally turned his back and said nothing in response. Not even a you're welcome.
And why is it that there were maybe two cars at any given time in the drive-thru, no customers in the store, but a whole gaggle of employees behind the counter running around like chickens with their heads cut off?? It was such disorganized chaos.
This plus previous bad experiences has solidified it for us. We won't be returning to this location. There's another location we can go to on Riggs, there is a Bashas nearby, Bosa Donuts not far away, and our favorite, Duck Donuts. There's just too many better options out there to put up with this...
   Read moreI am really disappointed in the customer service here and in management for failing to recognize the rude attitudes that are continuing to be directed at customers by their staff. The location is convenient and I stop here Monday through Saturday, but I will go to another coffee shop that hopefully has higher values. The experience I had in the drive thru today was appalling regardless of the labor shortage and burn out that is being felt everywhere. I was handed a drink that I saw was not made the way that I ordered. When I said this was not made correctly, he dismissed my request as though I was to just deal with it. I directly asked him to remake it, which was only met with a unacceptable alternative to give me what I needed so that I may add it myself. It wasn't until I asked a 3rd time, that he took the drink from me to remake it, however when he took the drink from me, it was obvious he was bothered and expressed his disapproval with many sounds as though I was somehow responsible for the drink being wrong. The remade drink was carelessly made and was still wrong, but I accepted it. I can't tell you the last time I felt so disrespected by someone and this was certainly no way anyone should be treated. I am a repeat customer at this location. I enjoy Dunkin coffee. I do not enjoy the customer service there. No one ever greets you "warmingly", it always seems like you are a nuisance ordering with them. Today, at 10am I ordered with them and per usual no greetings, just a "what would you like to order". I told the employee both menu screens were down and she told me "No, just the right one is up". We went back n forth about it and I ended up telling her I will just pull up the menu on my phone. Rather than bickering and wasting time, just fix the issue. She cannot see what I am seeing, but if I tell you the menu screen is not working then listen and fix it. Came up to the window and no greetings again. No apologies either for the screen not working. When handed my drink, it was another girl and she just hands it out, no words. Once I say "thank you", that's when she says "have a great day". This location needs to have better...
