I wish I could give 0 stars! Beverly the district manager is always RUDE but today she took it too a whole new level! We will not be coming back to this location! We are regulars here since its the closest Dunkin to our house. Today though Beverly took it too a whole new level and definitely lost us as a customer! We pulled up to the very busy drive thru. When it was our turn, I explained I have a pretty big order since I will be ordering for my family and my next door neighbors family. Immediately Beverly was rude and said you should have come in for a big order. I immediately apologized and said I'm sorry I have my young kids in the car and dog and it would be really hard to come in. She said fine (very rudely) and said go on. I proceeded to order and she said she couldn't hear me and started laughing. I again apologized because I have a scratchy throat due to allergies and she was rude again and said Fine go on... I proceeded with the order and then she said I feel so bad for the cars in back of you. She kept on constantly rushing me and for everything I ordered she kept on making comments. It was to the point where my just turned 6 year old said Mommy, why is she being such a bully? I got up to the window and she saw my young kids in the car and dog in the car and said Oh, you did have a dog in the car and said sorry I can offer you a discount. I told her don't bother, we will not be coming back. We are regulars here but will not be coming back. A really nice employee who we see all the time even said Hi to my kids and interacted with them. I even told Beverly, see we come here all the time but we will not be back. I had to pull over and wait for the rest of my order. When we received our drinks, even the drinks were terrible. It tastes like my coffee was burnt and my husband's matcha was completely watered down even though I asked for less ice. Seriously stay away from this location, terrible customer service, horrible coffee, watered down matcha... not worth the money I just spent! Some people should not be dealing with customer's and BEVERLY definitely is that person... with her people skills and disposition she should not be dealing with customers. I Think she needs to learn basic manners. Its pathetic when a 6 year old can see your behavior and call you a bully....

What do I have to do to get some extra cream around here? 😩 I ask for it every single time and I have not once gotten a coffee that wasn’t dark brown. I don’t know what it is about Dunkin’ Donuts, but every one I’ve been to across the state and even out of state has the same issues. The food and drinks are great on the rare occasion that they do them right. But good luck getting them to listen to you! It used to be that they would always put cheese on my sandwich after me requesting no cheese. Then I just stopped getting sandwiches. Now it’s not putting extra cream. I feel like I’ve gotten more cream in my coffee when I don’t say anything versus when I ask for extra 😂 It’s kind of impressive actually that they can consistently mess up the same exact way across all their locations and throughout all the people they hire. I ordered two drinks. My son got his then we were watching as they were serving at least three guests in drive-thru. So I asked a guy that was standing there where my drink was he asked me what I ordered I told him he went and told someone else they came up and ask me again but with an attitude like it's my fault I didn't get my drink. Finally I got it but didn't even taste like coffee it has so much coconut flavoring and almond milk in it. So I went to McDonald's and got a sugar-free vanilla iced coffee instead with no cream. So basically I just wasted money and the ironic thing is my son wanted to go to Starbucks and I told him how great your coffee was. He did really enjoy his but tasted mine and said Mom are you really going to drink that that's gross.
