I recently visited Freddy's and had an amazing experience thanks to the wonderful female cashier, (her name is Willow). She was so friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Not only did she take my order with a smile, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that everything was good. Her exceptional customer service truly made my visit memorable. I am visiting Arizona and it was my 1st experience at Freddy's. I was there with my 2 kids and my brother. My brother orders 1st for his family and I ordered 2nd. We ordered all the food to go. We stepped aside to wait for our orders and from the time on our receipts to the time my brother got his food was over 30 MINUTES. My family's food never came and orders after mine went before my number. It got to the point where I just wanted my money back. I went to the same cashier I ordered from to ask for my money. She needed the managers help to refund my money. The manager would not come. Another cashier tried to get her to come as well. Still no manager. I finally went and grabbed one of the kids preparing orders and told him I needed the manager. They went and told her and she ignored the request. I had 2 of my autistic nephews in the car as well as my brother and his wife waiting longer and having to get home for my nephews therapy. I told them we had to go and I needed my money back. Still no help from the manager. I finally had to threaten to call the police for them to refund my money. Also, the customers who ordered after us had already asked for a refund as the wait was beyond acceptable. Then another customer who is a frequent visitor came up to complain as well. This was all because a customer, who came in AFTER us ordered 50 burgers. This was THE worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. Worst customer service and the manager should be absolutely ashamed of her lack of customer service. If I owned this franchise she would be fired.
